The door handle for the cabinet under the sink fell off in my hand. It would be nice if the front doors had an automatic option for opening as it is challenging to enter when your hands are full.”

“We arrived a day earlier than we had anticipated. The hotel was very accommodating and could accommodate us a day early. Expedia, however, would not allow the change in arrival date. I had to go ahead and pay for the room again. It is what it is. The real problem was the number of children who were completely ignored by their parents and left to behave like animals. If the guests won't police their children, the hotel staff should step in and ask the parents to settle their children. ”
