  • **This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities. A Resort fee (12.8% of the base rental rate) will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities.**

    Enjoy this beautiful new rental home located on the South end of Fripp Island. This home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have King beds and the fourth makes for a great kid's room with 2 twin bunkbeds and 1 full bed.

    The spacious layout and modern amenities make it the perfect vacation spot for families or groups of friends. Enjoy breathtaking views of the marsh from the comfort of your own private balcony or take a short golf cart ride to the beach for a day of fun in the sun. In addition to the beach, guests can also take advantage of the multitude of activities and amenities Fripp Island has to offer, including golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, and more when purchasing the amenity cards for your stay. Don't wait any longer, book your dream vacation at this stunning rental today!

    The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

    **Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

    We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. We like the personal help we can provide our guests when we can speak in person.
    Weeklong Stays only - Saturday to Saturday - During Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Calendar will show the beginning Saturday that the property is available during that time.

    Minimum age of primary renter: 25

Perfect location on the island! We were close to the cabana pool, activity center & the pier. It was great for families! The house main floor was open so great for large families.
