The Space:

Discover the essence of Fripp Island at 504 Sunsuite, a welcoming retreat nestled in Fripp Island's heart. Boasting an efficient unit design, this residence provides a prime location just a short stroll from the Beach Club, Island Bites, Sandbar, Tennis & Pickleball Courts, Fitness Center, and Retail Shops. Tailored for those eager to explore Fripp's abundant amenities and within walking distance from the beach, this 1st-floor studio layout seamlessly combines convenience and comfort. This unit includes a king bed that supports a memory foam mattress. The unit also includes a small kitchenette with an oven, providing flexibility for preparing light meals or snacks during your stay. Daily rentals are open year-round, and it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.

Getting to know Fripp Island:

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.



Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Also included in your rental are up to 4 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Fabulous Location

Loved that the room was right on beach access boardwalk and beside the main Beach Club and pools. Parking area was super tight and not large car friendly. Room was clean and everything was in working order. 1 tiny issue and the owner and resort were quick to respond and address. Unit does need some updating but was functional for the two of us and had enough room and storage for us two as well. The room could have been a bit better stocked is really my only comment. No pot holders for oven cooking. Only one spatula so cooking utensils were slim to none. Could have used some paring and chef knives. There were only steak knives which aren't conducive to slicing fruits and vegetables. A toaster would have been appreciated as well. We made due and had a great stay!!! None of our issues were deal-breakers by any means!

Unit changed due to wi-fi issues

Our booked unit had no wi-fi. We had the option to change to a unit farther away from everything & get a comped golf cart. The new unit we stayed in was fine, but there were issues with smoking neighbors and coffee pot not working. Also issues with key-pad instructions not being exactly as sent. No instructions were given as to how to get the golf-cart. The comped golf cart would hardly travel. We turned it in the next day.
