The kitchen/living area opens to the screened-in porch, which overlooks the sparkling pool and the picturesque Ocean Point Golf Links. Picture yourself lounging by the pool or relishing a delicious meal at the pool deck table, offering the perfect spot for family dining. The dining area comfortably accommodates 18 guests, with seating for 10 at the large table and an additional 4 at the kitchen counter. This home recently redid all the flooring upstairs and has brand new hardwood floors throughout the entire home.



The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a large sliding glass door with a beach view and a king bed. Adjacent to this primary, another king bedroom with its private balcony awaits. 2 more bedrooms are located upstairs, one with 1 queen and the other with a full and a queen. Discover 3 more bedrooms on the first floor, including a bunk room with full beds and an array of exciting games, as well as 2 queen bedrooms.



Stay connected to high-speed wireless internet (500 Mbps) thoughtfully installed for your convenience. The property is currently streaming only. An undercounter icemaker provides plenty of ice to keep your drinks cool.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is home to many whitetail deer and other wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
