Novità nel mercato degli affitti - Marsh View Living al suo meglio!

Bellissima palude su misura aggiornata vista casa sul tranquillo cul de sac nel raffinato quartiere di Crooked Creek. Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno privato. Master Suite ha un bagno ENORME. Questo bagno ha una grande doccia piastrellata personalizzata e una vasca idromassaggio. La camera da letto principale ha anche un balcone privato per prendere il sole o guardare la fauna selvatica nativa.

Cucina completamente attrezzata, compresi piatti, pentole e padelle, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ecc. Camera familiare con wet bar, fabbricatore di ghiaccio e alti soffitti a volta. Portico schermato con vista sulla palude con ventilatori a soffitto, adiacente alla camera familiare per godersi i cambi di marea e tramonti colorati.

La prima camera degli ospiti ha due letti singoli. La seconda camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale. Entrambe le camere degli ospiti hanno bagni privati annessi. Una camera degli ospiti ha anche un portico privato con vista sul cortile della palude.

Televisori a schermo piatto in soggiorno e camere da letto. Disponibile anche internet wireless ad alta velocità.

Portico schermato, sala da pranzo e cucina hanno una splendida vista sulla palude. Famiglie di cervi si possono vedere di solito nel cortile. L'accesso alla spiaggia è a breve distanza.

Le famiglie sono benvenute Tuttavia, il locatario principale deve avere più di 25 anni. Nessun gruppo o festa del college.

Il noleggio include 2 tessere comfort. È possibile acquistare fino a 4 carte aggiuntive per $ 50 ciascuna. Per usufruire dei complessi di piscine multiple, dei campi da golf e dei ristoranti, per tutti gli ospiti di età superiore ai 12 anni sono richieste tessere comfort.

This was our annual trip to Fripp Island, and we always have a great time. The house had everything we needed; it was well equipped for fun at the beach. The porch is ideal for relaxing and reading. It's just a short walk to the park. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 adults.

Great Vacation Home!

The perfect house

Lisa’s house was everything we were hoping for and more. The location is great with kids, half block from playground. We loved the marsh view every morning on the private screened in porch. We had several kids and the house had so much for them. Disney plus, tvs in each room, board games, puzzles, kid and adult bikes. We loved the nice beach chairs to use and boogie boards for the kids. Each bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was a hit with the kids after a long day at the beach. I personally liked the huge walk in 3 head shower. I felt like I was at the spa! The kitchen was also stocked well with everything we needed. Thank you Lisa for sharing your beautiful home, we had the best week at Fripp! We will be back!

Perfect Quiet Getaway

This is a phenomenal location and overall property on Fripp! It's a quiet street near Davis Love Park and near the Ocean Creek Golf Course. It's also close to the activity center and the Veranda Beach Club. Just an overall great central location. Great size for a family of 4 - 6 as well! We will definitely consider this property again!

Wonderfully Relaxing!

We really enjoyed our family vacation at this beautiful home! The home was well equipped, very comfortable, and conveniently situated. It provided plenty of room for the family. Though I had thought we wouldn't be using the washer and dryer, it turned out to be a huge benefit and the fact that there was a separate laundry area kept the house quiet and clutter-free. The master bathroom was awesome - loved the shower!! The playground was located just a quick walk away, which was wonderful for entertaining our granddaughter. The pools, restaurants, activity center, and the beach on the island are all only a short drive away. We also made time to go into Beaufort and spent a day at the beach on Hunting Island (awesome!). The host was very easy to communicate with when planning the trip. I will say, however, that there was no need for any further communication once we arrived as everything was perfect! Thank you so much for sharing your home, Lisa. Thanks also for the welcome gift. Certainly not expected but definitely very thoughtful and appreciated!

Perfect Location!

We love that this house is on a quiet street yet close to all amenities. The park/playground at the end of the street was an added bonus. Also loved the privacy of the upstairs master suite to have an oasis away from the grandkids. Enjoyed watching the deer in the backyard from the screened porch and private upstairs balcony.

Amazing!

Perfect house for me and three kids. Son had the basketball court right around the corner and girls enjoyed exploring the island on the bikes. The best part was winding down the day with my own sanctuary upstairs with my own private balcony.

Best place on Fripp

We fell in love with Fripp as soon as we drove on the island. The palm trees and lagoons make it feel like a tropical paradise, and the house was the perfect home base. Definitely rent a golf cart to get around the island! That was key to getting to and from the beach and pools. The house was very clean, updated, and stocked with all the kitchen items I needed for cooking.

We love the house at 14 Crooked Creek!

The house is nestled on a quiet street, with a beautiful view in the back from the screened in porch. The kitchen was very accommodating for cooking; there was everything I needed to fix good meals. We loved everything about it and hope to come back next year!

Excellent, well equipped property

We had a wonderful time at this house. It had everything you would want to eat, drink and cook in the kitchen. The front door keypad eliminates having to worry about a key. House was spotless. Location was great. September is a perfect time to visit Fripp and we recommend 14 Crooked Creek for a great stay! Thanks Lisa!!

Labor day family trip

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Highlights were definitely the ample supply of bicycles and beach chairs/supplies and the large screened in porch where we spent all our mornings and evenings. The living room furniture was also cozy and comfy. The layout in this home is wonderful and the stairs are very manageable. The large garage fit all our cars, which was great! The open concept and the living area is wonderful and the ice machine at the wet bar was so perfect. It filled our cooler daily! The location is also very convenient to pools and the beach and on a quiet street. The beds could use a pillow topper to make them a little more comfortable, and it would be fun to have more board games for family time on rainy days. The master closet is locked so there is no where to hang clothes upstairs but it is a very large bedroom, so we made do just fine. The kitchen pantry is also locked so we did have trouble finding space for all of our snacks and items we brought, but we may do. Overall an amazing property and communication with the owners was superb!

Very nice house and had a good supply of needed items.

Beautiful house. Had to call property manager twice to get the door locks fixed up with new batteries but she was on her way back into town the first time and may have forgotten to stop over. Which is ok. She was prompt and very polite the second time.

Easter weekend

We came down over Easter weekend. The owner was great to deal with. Home was as described. The home was very clean and well taken care of. This area is our favorite section of the island as I feel you are centrally located. We would rent this home again.

Wonderful island getaway

This beach house was a perfect place our family of 5 at the beach. Great views at sunset. Close enough for the kids to ride bikes to the beach, pool, playground and nature center. Spring Break 2022

We had a lovely but too short of a trip to Fripp this week. The house was so comfortable. The screened in porch was my favorite place to rest and read. The pace of Fripp was perfect for this tired family / Mom!! We want to return! The hostess left a gift bag that was a great treat! And such a surprise. Thank you for an enjoyable few days!
