409 Capt. John Fripp Villa is a second-floor unit ideally located in the heart of Fripp Island, just a short walk from the Beach Club, Sandbar, Pickleball and Tennis Courts, Fitness Center, and island retail.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa is perfect for guests looking to enjoy Fripp’s many amenities while staying within easy walking distance of the beach and access to the community pool. Comfortably accommodating up to four guests, the villa also offers stunning ocean views from the private patio. The home features all-new stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located on the main level near the front door.

Both bedrooms are located on the upper level. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and endless ocean views, along with a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and new vanity. The second bedroom offers two twin-size beds, with a hall bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination.Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs for added comfort and entertainment.

Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
