Welcome to 341 Captain John Fripp Villa, a charming two-story retreat nestled in the heart of Fripp Island. Recently renovated, this villa boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering a delightful fusion of contemporary comforts and island allure.
The kitchen shines with sleek stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for your culinary adventures. The comfortable living room includes brand new couches with a sleeper sofa provided added sleeping space. Each bedroom has been meticulously updated with new mattresses and bedding, a fresh coat of paint, and new upstairs flooring.
Indulge in luxury in the primary bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, 50in TV, and a scenic view from your private porch - a tranquil haven after a day of island exploration. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a twin bed with a trundle, TV, and another porch overlooking the Beach Club! 
Whether you desire a cozy night in front of the TV, a leisurely cup of coffee on the deck, or a beautiful island sunset, this villa sets the perfect stage for creating treasured memories. Conveniently located just a short stroll from the private community pool, the Beach Club, food trucks, pickleball and tennis courts, and fitness center, this villa grants unparalleled access to all the island's amenities. Dive into the lively community atmosphere, with everything you need within easy reach.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 
 
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.



Outdoor dining table, gas grill, and Blackstone grill! Listen to the ocean waves as you dine outside or relax on the front porch to listen to the Beach Club band!

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.

A wonderful spring getaway!

The condo was clean, easy to check in and out of, and well-equipped for a week on the island! The location is perfect, with a pool and boardwalk right to the beach.
