Hotel con servizio concierge a Saint Martin

“Struttura tutto sommato bella, in generale manca di gentilezza da parte del personale addetto, camere non insonorizzate, per il prezzo ci si aspetta un accappatoio e pantofole oltre che amenities. Durante le ultime ore in piscina al mattino, dalle 8 alle 12 circa gli addetti hanno pulito tutta l’area attorno alla piscina con Kaercher generando rumore fastidioso. ”

“The view from our room was very nice. Although on the first floor with a limited sightline it was still nice. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, as it was very limited and the restaurant provided no real service. It might just as well had been a refrigerator in the lobby of the hotel. It is a "continental" style breakfast, but think very basic "continental". Our room also had a plumbing problem when we checked-in and it took about 1.5 hours to repair. “This is a perfect resort for our two and four-year-old! Everything was very clean, food was much better than we were expecting, the pool was clean and the slides were great for the kids! Two employees specifically, Sharon and Jackie were so great with our kids seeking them out and connecting with them each time we saw them. The ocean at the resort is pretty rough but the beach is pretty. Also only 10 minute walk to Mullet Bay which was mostly calmer. ”

“Wait times for the food was very long. We did all inclusive and sometimes had to wait more than 90 minutes for our food. ”
