“Our room was perfect. It was perfectly clean, spacious, beautifully furnished with a view of the canal. The breakfasts were deliciously prepared with care. They kept the downstairs stocked with free cold water and various sodas and good wines at a very low cost. It was an absolute joy to experience this hotel that Katy and Olivier obviously put in so much of themselves to remodel from an old home and that they run with such care and detail. “Première visite de Mirepoix. L'hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur de la cité. La chambre était sublime, avec une jolie vue, terrasse et beaucoup d'espace et de charme. Excellent accueil par le personnel (et le chat du quartier qui est venu nous dire bonjour par les toits), très bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande fortement”
