“Don, the guy who checked me in was very helpful. Room clean and quiet, a bit cold due to the severe weather conditions outside, but still okay. Very good breakfast. Convenient to reach and with a good steakhouse nearby. Will stay again.”

“Microwave and fridge outside my room unplugged I get renovation are in progress but why not say that on website only find out after checking into the room and no refunds even if you didn't create that issue.”

“Dirty room. People outside front door entrance sitting on cement area smoking and drinking beer. Uncomfortable to go by them. Toilet leaked breakfast was a joke. Some muffins and coffee Staff was responsive to request for towels and pots to cook with and utensils.”

“It was a quiet space and easy to sleep in. My room had a small kitchenette which was nice to have. Staff replaced a broken ironing board within the hour when I needed it. Breakfast was fresh and had a lot of options including vegetarian. Parking was close by and checking in/out was easy. I got a great recommendation for a cafe (La Greeka) in Lawrence from the front of house staff. ”

“We paid for breakfast $17 x 2 and nobody told us it was over at 9:30 so we couldn’t eat breakfast we arrived at 9:35 ! Was a waste of money”

“Small and bare bones, but fantastic for crashing after a night at a nearby sporting event! Room was old, but everything was clean and well kept. Staff was pleasant and it was nearby plenty of restaurants for dinner.”
