“Don, the guy who checked me in was very helpful. Room clean and quiet, a bit cold due to the severe weather conditions outside, but still okay. Very good breakfast. Convenient to reach and with a good steakhouse nearby. Will stay again.”

We planned to have this, and were even shown a menu on check in. However we were very disappointed to find that there was no breakfast the next morning, or the next.”

“Advertised as having a pool, however the pool had no water in it. Hotel was very clean, good housekeeping service, and the free breakfast was very well done. Highly recommend.”

“Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...

“The room had plenty of room and even a full kitchen although I didn't cook. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've as slept in in a long time. There were many choices at breakfast, but even though I got there soon after it opened, the food was luke warm. The oatmeal was watery. The cream cheese was sitting in water not ice, so I didn't dare try it. Didn't want to get sick.”
