“More expensive than other places we stayed in. No guest welcome kits/supply. We came in and the room was super hot. The A/C was not turned on. It took a while before we got comfortable. Poor communication. And again, more expensive!”

“Check-in was a mightmare! I booked 2 separate rooms for my brothers and their families for our reunion. They were required to send photos of IDs via viber. Problem #1 , my brothers did not have viber so l had to send the requirements by email. We had to wait before the QR codes were sent which was after 9pm. Problem#2, one of my sister-in-law did not have her ID with her so she was not allowed access to the pool. No consideration was given that she had to accomoany her 8-year old child to the...

“We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful accomodation with a very friendly host- Ammy. She took care of us from the start of the booking til we arrived at the place- everything went just smooth and perfect. She is simply so kind- thank you! The pool is amazing- a waving pool- never seen that before. The area is clean and safety- a lot of security. Close to the airport- perfect place to take 2-3 days in Manila before to fly to the islands. Warmly recommend the hotel and the host!”
