“Hotel's ground floor is nice, simple & with the unique lift. However, there's ants on the walls, not sure why. Stayed for one night. - Location is great as it's near the famous Night Market & a supermarket next door. - A nice cosy coffee shop nearby. ”

“Expediaに掲載されている設備と実際の設備が大きく違っていました。電子レンジと洗濯機なのですが、スタッフに聞いたところスタジオタイプにはついていないと冷たく言われました。 また、１日目は１８時ころに到着したら、掃除が終わっていないので３０分待ってくれと言われました。１時間ほどたってからもう一回行くと、部屋がないといわれ、エマージェンシールームを準備するとのこと。 部屋の広さは同じでしたが、かけ布団はシーツがなくボロボロ、トイレは天井から水漏れなど少しひどかったです。 ２日目はまともな部屋でしたが、Wi-Fiのパスワードがどこにも書いていない、聞いても机に書いてあるとしか言われない。 アパートメントの部屋であれば想定していたような部屋だったと思います。 サービスレベルもスタッフの対応もひどいものでした。”
