“Elevator not working upon arrival and staff did not make us aware until after check in. My wife has health problems. I could barely make it up the steps had we known upon check-in about the elevator not working we rebooked a new room and they charge security deposit without telling us anything.”

“This place was dirty! The bed sheets in 2 rooms we went into were dirty. There was lipstick on a pillow case. It appears they do not wash the sheets. My wife and I left and went to another hotel. I wouldn’t let a farm animal stay here. ”

“Well the room had everything provided for, from towels, bathing soaps, wash clothes. Everything from showers, TV & A/C was working fine. The place is in need of remodeling/renovation.”

“What a disaster. Worst ever. I show up and they somehow gave my room away, with no rooms available and no explanation available either. To top things off, the front desk girl and her manger are rude and unsympathetic. Not even a polite apology. Just stared at me expressionless. Really odd vibe. Have stayed at many Courtyards before and they’re generally clean and well kept, but this one looked like a complete dump outside and in the lobby.
