“Well, not a great stay. We were given a room on the first floor & as one of us walked into “reserved room” -a gentlemen was coming out of the bathroom having just showered. Embarrassing for us and him! We returned to front desk to inform them of their error. The clerk apologized and blamed the error on the computer system. “We got the jacuzzi room and besides having a water spot where someone before us spilled water out of the tub, it was such a wonderful experience. We wanted to relax and we were able to! Our only issue was the cleaning lady was at the desk while we were in the lobby and arguing and complaining to the guy at the desk (? Owner). It was a bit awkward.
