Neverending Sea Luxury apartment in Salerno center.

L' appartamento è ubicato al quinto piano (con ascensore) di un elegante palazzo del centro di Salerno, con un grande balcone vista mare.
Da qui si raggiungono facilmente a piedi le più belle spiagge della città, il corso principale, i ristoranti tipici di Salerno e le strade dello shopping.
La posizione è strategica per poter visitare tutta la Campania perché l'appartamento dista solo 15 minuti a piedi dal porto turistico (da dove parono i traghetti per la costiera amalfitana) e dalla stazione dei treni ( da dove facilmente si raggiungono Pompei, Napoli, Ercolano e Paestum).

Nel periodo natalizio il palazzo è immerso nella magia delle Luci d'Artista.

L'appartamento, di circa 100 metri quadrati, è composto da due camere da letto, due bagni (con lavatrice), un grande salone ed una cucina.
Ciò che rende speciale questo appartamento è il grande balcone vista mare da dove si possono apprezzare i profumi ed i colori del Sud.

Infine, la posizione è perfetta anche per gli amanti dello sport. Ad appena 1 minuto infatti ci sono:

- una bellissima struttura di campi da tennis, realizzata su una terrazza affacciata sul mare e circondata da un bel giardino;

- un pattinodromo con una pista di pattinaggio lunga 115 metri e larga 9 che si sviluppa intorno ad un campo da hockey su pista di dimensioni regolamentari;

-un lungomare con vista sulla costiera amalfitana dove fare jogging.

Per i bambini a solo 1 minuto a piedi e' disponibile un parco giochi con varie giostre e trenino elettrico.

Il prezzo non include la tassa di soggiorno per massimo 7 notti consecutive:
- € 1,50 a notte per persona ad ottobre, novembre, dicembre e gennaio;
- € 1,00 a notte per persona per tutti gli altri mesi.

I bambini più piccoli di 12 anni non pagano la tassa di soggiorno.

Bellisimo

Communication leading up to our stay was great. Pasquale greeted us upon arrival and gave great recommendations for both restaurants and things to do! The apartment was impeccably clean and comfortable! Convenient 5 minute walk to both private and public beaches. We walked multiple times to the ferry and enjoyed seeing different cities! We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Salerno!!

Family weekend to the Amalfi Coast

Our stay in Salerno was amazing! Pasquale was a fabulous host, he met us to check in, showed us all of the in’s and out’s of the property. Gave great meal & activity recommendations (take his advice on the pasta restaurant - you won’t regret it!). The location was great, with sea views come the deck(which is why I chose the property). We had our two 21 year old sons with us, so a family of 4 adults and the apartment was perfectly sized for us. You will not regret a stay at this holiday home!

Beautiful Salerno

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The location was perfect for exploring the Amalfi coast. We took the bus to Amalfi and Ravello and returned to Salerno by ferry. The scenery was stunning. The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Pasquale did a fabulous job looking after everything. He is the best host we have experienced. The old town of Salerno is a great spot to enjoy the numerous Italian cafes and restaurants. The Prunus Sushi restaurant near the apartment is another gem. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great host -great apartment

We stayed here for 7 weeks. The apartment was just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Pasquale is a very good host and went out of his way to make sure everything was fine. The location is an easy walk to the train station, ferry, and bus stop. It was also close to restaurants, a grocery store, outdoor market, and bakeries. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Apartment I Beautiful Salerno

Everything about this apartment was great. Spacious, clean, beautiful view of the sea and excellent proximity to transportation and restaurants. We loved Salerno. Our host was very helpful with information to make our stay perfect. He helped us pick nearby destinations to visit and where to enjoy local sights. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing place in Salerno and Amalfi coast

First thing to say about this place is the host, Pasquale, was the most helpful and communicative host I have ever had. The Vrbo was very clean and well maintained with a cool view of the ocean from its patio. Pasquale was very helpful to us throughout our whole stay. Located within walking distance (we like walking) to “old town” Salerno and the Salerno Duomo Cathedral which both were one of the favorite parts of our trip. Salerno had great shopping, restaurants, and service while seeming less busy and expensive than the typical Amalfi towns like Positano. Then you can walk to the Ferries that will take you to the beautiful towns on the Amalfi coast. Pasquale gave us advice to Ferry to Amalfi then bus up to Rivella which has to be one of the most beautiful views in the world. You can also do a 35 minute train ride from Salerno to Pompeii. We really ended up loving the town of Salerno though. It felt less busy while the people there seemed friendlier. And Pasquale couldn’t have been nicer to us. Also had some of our best meals right there even though we were visiting multiple Amalfi coast towns.

Best Stay Ever ..... Best Property Manager Ever!

Yes, we went to Italy ..... Yes, it's expected to be great. We've been a VRBO member for a substantial amount of years (I forget how many). Pasquale, the property manager totally has outshone anyone and everyone that we've ever dealt with. This is not a slight to any others, it's just that this is how good Pasquale was. Pasquale met us at the apartment, even though we were over 5 hours late due to flights running late. This was no problem for Pasquale and set the stage for how the following week would be. We loved sitting on the balcony sipping coffee in the morning, staring out to the sea. One of my favorite things was to hear the church bells go off, and then the local dogs start singing with them until they were finished. Truly a great experience. Pasquale's apartment was everything that it was promised to be, and more, but Pasquale over delivered. I had read numerous reviews in selecting this property. It comes down to Pasquale being true to his word and not over-promising and then under-delivering. This man is nothing short of amazing. Come for the experience ..... Leave with a friendship.

Quiet ocean view apartment

Pasquale met us at the property and had literature for things to do in the area in multiple languages. He got our contact info and checked up on us throughout our stay to make sure that we were having a great time. The apartment building has an elevator to be able to bring all our heavy bags up which was real nice after a long trip. You can walk across the street and get what you need at the supermarket. It was only a short walk to the train station and shopping area with a lot of high-end stores.

My daughter, granddaughter, and I stayed at Pasquale’s property for two nights. Pasquale was the most helpful and responsive VRB host we had ever encountered. Pasquale always answered my pre-visit texts within minutes and provided very helpful information and resources to enhance our stay in Salerno. The accommodations were very clean and centrally located to walk to restaurants and the waterfront. On the day of our arrival by train from Naples, Pasquale met us at the train station to assist us with our luggage, since a marathon in Salerno had closed the streets. I cannot emphasize enough how kind and accommodating Pasquale was in making our stay in Salerno one of the highlights of our visit to southern Italy.

Great Host and Property

After a long day in the air and on the train from the US, we made it to Salerno, and after a short walk from the train station we were met outside the apartment by our host Pasquale. He knew to wait for us, since we kept in timely contact updating Pasquale during our trip, and he responding quickly/timely letting us know he was ready to greet us whenever we arrived to Salerno. Needless to say, Pasquale is a great host. The property is exactly as described on line. It is clean, and ready for guests. The location is 15 minutes from the train station and 20 minutes from the ferry terminal for easy access to Amalfi. The grocery store and pharmacy are a couple of blocks walk away. I would recommend this property for a relaxing stay in Salerno, with easy access to transportation, and personal needs.

Excellent location well appointed super clean apartment

Beautifully appointed upgraded apartment true to the VRBO description and photos, with a large living area, two big bathrooms, nice bedrooms with storage, and a well-stocked kitchen. Cleanest apartment we have ever rented. Spectacular customer service and support from the owner, Pasquale. Excellent location on a quiet street with free street parking. Ideally situated making touring easy to drive, take a ferry, bus, or train. Cafes, bank, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, and a grocery store just around the corner. We selected Salerno because of the central location to travel to the Amalfi Coast & Capri (by ferry), Pompeii, Herculaneum (by train), and Paestum (by car). We will absolutely return to this apartment.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in Pasquales großzügigen und schönen Appartement. Alles war tiptop sauber. Wir kamen erst um 20 Uhr an und wurden freundlichst empfangen. Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns Wasser, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Bei Problemen war Pasqual stets für uns da. Einfach perfekt!!

Amazing apartment and host in a beautiful seaside city!

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and LOVED our stay in Salerno and Pasquale made everything so easy! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed! Pasquale suggested excellent restaurants as well as options of how to spend our days. We spent a wonderful day in the town of Amalfi and Pasquale answered all our questions for how to get there and back to the apartment, as well as made sure we got on the ferry okay. He also suggested the gorgeous cathédrale which was a pleasant walk from the apartment and allowed us to see the city on our way. We cannot wait to come back and stay at Pasquale’s place! Grazie mille Pasquale!!!

Just awesome!

We booked this apartment because we wanted to explore Salerno and the Amalfi coast. Pasquale was very helpful since our first contact. At the day of our check-in he was waiting for us near.the apartment and helped us with our luggage. When we entered the apartment really was a surprise! The photo's on the site do not do justice. The apartment is really spacious and was spotless cleaned and fresh. High ceilings, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and a fully equiped kitchen. Pasquale gave us a lot of tips and was always reachable when we had questions etc. If we ever go back to Salerno....i will defintly book again! Highly recommended!!

Salerno one night by train

Pasquale was a great host and so helpful with our stay. We walked to his location from the train station(15 minutes). We enjoyed being sea side and easy to walk to a great sea food spot for dinner. Beds were comfy and the shower hot. Great view from the living room balcony. My only regrets was we did not have more time in Salerno and Pasquale spot.

Salerno Bliss

After much research to decide the best city for our Amalfi Coast home base, we selected Salerno, and more specifically, Holiday Home Neverending Sea hosted by Pasquale. Salerno is on the high speed train line from Rome,and it gave us easy access by boat to Amalfi, Ravello, Pompeii, Positano, and CapriOur apartment was even nicer than described in its listing, and Pasquale was at our disposal whenever we needed him.

Great experience

Pasquale was very attentive during our stay. He was waiting out on the street for our arrival. He arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station upon departure. You are only a 20-25 minute walk from the train station and the ferry terminal. Apartment was very much as shown. Nice to have two balconies, one for viewing the ocean and the other for hanging up your clothes to dry. Would stay there again should we return to Salerno.

Der Vermieter Pasquale ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Unser Flug hat Verspätung und wir kamen erst mittel in der Nacht an, Pasquale hat uns noch persönlich empfangen und uns die Wohnung gezeigt, ein paar sehr nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge und Essengehen gegeben. Die Wohnung sich ist genau wie hier auf der Seite beschrieben, und hat eine sehr gute Lage, sowohl für tägliche Bedarfe, als auch für Ausflüge per Zug, Bus oder Schiff. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir haben die Zeit in Salerno richtig genossen. Danke Pasquale.
