“We love this place. It is all part of the package of visiting Old Trafford. Waking up every morning and seeing Manchester United in lights was the cherry on top of the experience. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay especially the person who checked in and gave suggestions of what to visit in Manchester.”

“Informed the hotel of our expected arrival time as requested. Arrived at around 11am and were told the room was ready....but check in was not until 2pm so if we wanted to check in we'd have to pay £50 early check in fee. I declined, left my luggage with reception and made my way in to the city centre. Then at 12 noon received a call from the hotel to say I could check in now if I wanted free of charge. “Bathroom was quite tired looking, cracks and flaking paint and smelled a bit of drains. The curtains weren't big enough to cover the full length of the window so when they shut in the middle there were big gaps at each side. When another party in my booking tried to check-in later they were told by staff there was no room booked in their name, and then were given a room key to someone else in the bookings room, only to find out when they opened the door and the person cried out to let them know...

“We had a lovely one night stay and really enjoyed it. Rooms are clean and modern, staff are very friendly and helpful and breakfast was was delicious. We were staying to go to a show at the Opera House which is less than 15 minutes walk away. All in all a great stay. We will definitely stay again.”

“Very happy overall. A little disappointed with the lift being out of action as this meant lugging our case up to the second floor. Friendly staff, clean and tidy.”
