“I phoned Marriot about sorting out an accessible room as the showers in standard rooms aren't suitble. but when we got to our room, it was a standard room. Sadly, because I phoned, I had no proof via email, so the receptionist was like 'sorry, but it wasn't asked for'”

“Nice sized room, very clean and up to date. Comfy bed. There was no hot water in the shower. Well located for a show at the Lowry, easy to walk around. ”

“Hotel under construction. Charging full price disgraceful. Massively in convent. Bathroom dysfunctional and the shower access almost impossible. No lounge. No all day bar or restaurant. Unsafe cab drop off and access to temporary reception clearly not thought through, Two elevators to get to the room with no assistance for seniors. Shameful arrogance on the part of Hilton.”

“We recieved information about how to access the building which was incorrect. The code did not work. We called the number provided and received the correct code relatively quickly. The heaters were not switched on and the rooms were cold in the morning. We ran out if hotwater when one of us was in the shower. There was no instructions about hot water being limited. The kitchen tap was broken although you could get water from it, it was very loose. Not many cups and glasses. Difficult to get from...
