“This house was gorgeous and the perfect place for our family to gather during my kids 3 graduation ceremonies from NSU! The hosts were wonderful, super supportive, and very accommodating after another property had cancelled on us last minute. We will definitely be staying again. ”

“This is hands down the best rental in the area. The owner is super quick responding, the place is clean, modern, and each room has its own vibe. The extra little touches such as laundry detergent provided, the community room with board games and cornhole, the nice fluffy towels separates this rental. This place is amazing. 10/10 recommend. ”

“Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! ”
