“Everything was terrible totally filthy no housekeeping had to get your own towels made us wait till 4 to get our room while several other people checked in had to take out your own garbage room smelled like cigarettes and was dirty told us they didn’t have any other room for us to exchange for what we paid everyone was rude very unprofessional I think they should refund my money this was the worst hotel I have ever booked in Myrtle Beach and they acted like we were nobody and didn’t care we also...

Unfortunately, our most recent visit was impacted by significant issues with the arrival and valet process. The entrance for check-in and valet service was extremely congested, with cars often left unattended and traffic backing up as guests attempted to enter. “Front desk staff were not friendly, when we arrived in the room and try taking shower didn’t shampoo. Requested front desk and took about more than two hours to get them and I was late for my appointment. Next day when they cleaned the room didn’t leave the coffee cups. Also had to request extra towels and they brought next morning on the check out day. Requested for and late check out for an hour they absolutely denied it, I was asking for one hour late check out.”

“What a incredible hotel. Rooms were clean, bed pretty comfortable. Check in had very long line, few check in agents, and did take awhile, but was worth it. The amenities were so much fun for the family. We loved the lazy river and hot tubs. Only suggestion is pool towels maybe checked out in tower 2, easier for all towers. Loved the Starbucks and restaurant. And the beach is right there at your doorstep. I will definitely be back !!!”

“Our room/suite was perfect. It was clean and comfortable, especially for the price! We enjoyed our coffee each morning on the balcony with a beautiful ocean view.
