“Avrei voluta dare 5 stelle, ma causa di tre inconvenienti ne ho date solo 4. 1. La tenda della finestra era bloccata e quindi non si poteva regolare. 2. Non mi hanno riordinato la camera. 3. La luce del letto per la lettura non funzionava. ”

“My room was clean over all when I arrived except they didnt put a new trash bag in the bathroom Still had a beer can from the last occupants. The heat/cool unit was flashing 24/7 red and blue lights. It was distracting to sleep, I put shoes over the vents, to cover the flashing lights.I slept well after that. I give it a 4.5 of 5 stars. Minor oversight. But like I said overall stay was excellent.”

“I booked the room to have a weekend with my children. I specifically went there because they had a pool. When I made the reservation, nothing was said to me. When I went in to check in, there was a sign that the pool was closed for inspection. I brought it up to the lady and she was very short with me and made me feel uncomfortable. I did not feel like I could ask to switch hotels due to the awkwardness of the conversation.”

“The room was run down and dreary looking. They must be trying to cover something up because the smell of deodorizer was overwhelming. We had to check out and find another place to stay. My allergies were going crazy in that room. The front desk guy was very nice and understanding about the situation.”

“We stayed two days at this hotel. Breakfast both days was well organized, at least as good or better as other similar hotels and the area for eating was much cleaner than other hotels. The bedding was comfortable and the room darkening curtains helped us sleep on the schedule we preferred. I used the coin operated washer and dryer to get some laundry done and that was extremely helpful and convenient. The service desk had quarters in exchange for dollars. “We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous. Shout out to Nick at the front desk who was professional, friendly and greeted us as we left for the evening and returned to the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were also very nice and not too thick like most hotel pillows. The location was excellent for access to Louisville via the new bridge or to Jeffersonville via I-265 or Highway 62.
