“It was excellent accomodation. I stayed with my wife for 2nights. The room came with kitchen and balcony. You could buy ingredients and cook your own food and relax on the balcony. The room was clean and the staff service was very good. Nearby there are malls and fancy restaurant and bars so you also will be entertained. Overall excellent accomodation and would recommend to others!”

“total indifference to the guests, total lack of services, absolutely no care, restaurant with very poor choice, if you ask for something, such as drinking water or a taxi no one will ever help you. we asked to book a taxi at 5 am, for the airport, the consierge assured us that he had booked the and instead, at 5 there was no taxi. this was just the first, in a long list of lies that they told us. they are all absolutely unreliable. “Internet doesn’t work properly. Minibar broken and not fixed throughout my stay. At the they bar they have also tried to charge twice my credit card. Not a good option for foreigners staying in the city”

“Have stayed at this property for many years and perhaps the only reason that I stay (aside from it being of high quality) is that the hotel is one block walking distance from where I need to be while in Gurgaon. If you are simply looking for a fantastic clean and quiet place to stay, this is top notch. It does have its downfalls however; Taxi drivers cannot find location! Don't even try at night. Driver absolutely must call property, most often more than once, while enroute for instructions....
