Questo bellissimo Luxury cinque camere da letto, tre bagni, 2440sq casa si trova in una zona verde e tranquilla a San Antonio, vicino a Lackland AFB ea pochi minuti da Sea World. Le 5 camere da letto includono letti per 14 persone più un materasso ad aria regina di alta qualità che è molto confortevole! Questa casa può ospitare un totale di 16 persone. Include una master suite e una sala giochi in stile loft. La casa comprende 2 soggiorni, il principale al primo piano e l'altro al 2 ° piano. La casa comprende anche 2 sale da pranzo. Quello principale è nell'ingresso e l'altro è collegato alla cucina. La Home include smart TV che puoi utilizzare con Netflix e tutti i canali dei cavi. TV aggiuntive sono incluse nella sala giochi e nella tuta master. Comprende anche un patio coperto con mobili e barbecue grill. La sala giochi comprende un tavolo da biliardo e una sala giochi. We all enjoyed the home. Lots of fun things to do at the home that we chose to spend our last there to swim, watch movies, and play the various games they have. Beds were comfortable and made it nice to sleep after a long and fun days. The pump to the swimming pool was broken when we arrived but the owners had a fix in play so that we could enjoy the swimming pool. My kids loved staying here, as well as us adults.

The house overall can accommodate two large families, the backyard is pretty and you can spend most of the time there. I recommended the host to have some things added to the kitchen.

Our family and friends were pleased and satisfied with our stay. I would like to thank Daniel L ( manager) for being on top of everything and always being so attentive and caring to check our needs during our stay. The house is beautiful! All of the kids really liked the game room. Having the pool was a great plus, after being gone all day sightseeing. I loved that it was so close to SeaWorld. We all really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend renting this house.

House is very open and not cluttered. Lots of beds and rooms. Game room is nice with pool and arcade game that is a nice escape anytime. Back yard has plenty of seating in the sun or shade depending on the weather. Pool not heated so swimming not possible unless it’s hot enough to warm it up.

My family and I booked this property for Labor Day weekend. Big plus was that it had a pool! Well, the night before around 9pm I received a message that the property that we booked had issues, host didn’t mention what kind of issues. He did offer to relocate us or give us a refunded. Unfortunately, the other property only had a hot tub, which is not something we want during a summer day in Texas. Sucks that our Labor Day weekend was ruined because we couldn’t find anywhere that could accommodate the amount of guests and dogs that we had at a short notice.

We had all 14 of our immediate family stay Friday to Monday. We attended Sea World on Saturday and Sunday. We were 12 minutes from Sea World, with an easy route to get there. The house was very roomy even for this many people. Everything was clean. There was some damage to the stairway, but it was obvious repairs had begun. We did not have enough wash cloths and ended up purchasing some more. The only complaint was a lack of parking. The neighborhood was full of cars. We had four vehicles to park. We had most everything we needed and should we return to the area, we will definitely contact the owner.

We aimed at this property because it was close to sea world and it had a pool. It had 4 bedrooms, 2 of which had multiple twin size beds. We were two families vacationing together, so this was a perfect set up for our kids to have shared rooms with their siblings and the adults to have their own rooms as couples. There was lots of space downstairs for dining and a lot of seating for enjoying tv. We loved having a pool on the property and being able to spend a lot of time relaxing at the home while the kids played. We didn't actually use the game room much. Most everything we needed was available in the kitchen for cooking. There are grocery stores and good restaurants for take out in very close driving distance. The neighborhood was comfortable and quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San Antonio and having a clean, well-cared-for place to stay with plenty of rooms for everyone was a large part of that. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located close to the expressway so it was easy to get around to all our destinations. Some remotes were missing when we arrived, but after messaging the property manager new remotes were brought over quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen too dark, only 3 lightbulbs working. We couldn't enjoy at the patio, only one light, couldn't see nothing. Overall, it was ok to stay in this property.

This place was great. Very clean with LOTS of towels for the nine of us. The kids loved the pool and used it both days. The property owner was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

Our Family are Seasoned VRBO Customers. Unfortunately this was our most disappointing experience. The Property was Dirty. Our Family does not wear shoes indoors and our socks were black. The Game Room had to be cleaned; there was old food scattered on the floor. There was a hole in the living room ceiling sheet rock(Approx.2’x1.5’) and another hole in the Master Bathroom(Approx. 5’x3’). The laundry closet was missing a door. The Lights didn’t work in the Entry hall & 2 of the upstairs bedrooms. Also, the back door deadbolt didn’t work. 2 of the bedroom doors wouldn’t close. We feel maybe the Property Owner hasn’t been at the Property Site recently to see the present condition. All these things could easily be repaired. Worst Property Experience with VRBO.

We stayed at this house for 1 night, and we wish we were able to stay longer. The house was nice and clean and cool! It was complete with amenities and even more. The house was able to accommodate my group of 4 families with 3 small children very comfortably. Our stay was very relaxing, and we hope to stay here again!

We were called the day of our stay, previous tenants had trashed the place, we were cancelled. In downtown San Antonio with our luggage, 6 grandkids and 4 adults, nowhere to stay. According the the property manager no other VRBO properties were available. We were disconnected while on a call to VRBO, property manager promised to call back and didn't. We ended up finding the only rental through the other online rental company that could accommodate us for an extra $600 on our own. The VRBO owner refused to even try to help with the cost, we offered to split the cost, we were told it was not their fault, they were stuck with the expense of the damage the previous tenants caused, and they initially didn't want to ask VRBO for help finding a place because it would make them look bad. I understand it was not their fault, but we should not have been the ones to suffer because they went off of their protocol to take a risky one night rental. They are a business, they should have helped us cover the huge additional expense. The property manager literally left us hanging, did not help us get back in touch with VRBO, did not call us back. The property owner just said things were out of their control. We were literally stuck in downtown San Antonio, several states from home, on the phone for an hour before being disconnected and no more attempts to reach us took place. Bitterly disappointed. This is not how you run a business. The owner and property manager should have helped us with the additional costs, (again, we weren't asking for all of it, just a 50/50 split) ,it simply would have been the right thing to do.
