San Antonio Cozy Home by The Riverwalk, Historic Alamo & Convention Centers.

Cozy Home just a 5 minute drive from Downtown San Antonio, Riverwalk, AlamoDome, Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center & The Pearl District. Our home is located in the Historical Downtown Community with plenty of charm & character. We have a park just down the street in case you decide to bring your kids or dog. We have a front & back porch where you can drink your morning coffee. We have plenty of private parking for 4 cars, trailer & RV on our property. Very clean home, HVAC & Heat. Full kitchen available for guests to cook meals. We provide Fresh Clean Towels & Sheets for our guests. Ring Camera & Alarm System, Free Wifi & Smart TV.

Pets are allowed on a case by case & there's a pet fee. Please message me if you're bringing a pet. No Cats due to allergies. Thank you

Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed & Living room has a sleeper sofa
Bathroom: Main bath has shower/tub combo included are towels
& toiletries. 1/2 bathroom located in Living Room
Kitchen: Keurig coffee maker, Blender, Toaster, Pots, Pans &

Quiet Little Place

Overall it is a quiet little neighborhood and very convenient to everything. It was a neat little rustic modern vibe to it. There were lots of interesting things throughout the house to admire. Actually, I got some ideas for a couple things for my house. I enjoyed the stay and it was very peaceful. One thing I’m not going to make a fuss over but just would state, whomever does the cleaning should be more thorough with dusting in window seals, corners and the knick knacks through the home. Was still a 5 star for me, just that little detail. Thanks again and we will return.

Love, love love the place

We really enjoyed our stay there. Everything was so nice except for the pissant in the kitchen countertop, very dusty under the couch and on the walls lots of cobwebs or dust bunnies or whatever you wanna call them. We would stay again !!! Close to everything downtown. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your quaint little shotgun house.

Great Place

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was so cute and had everything we needed for our stay! Our girls enjoyed picking their favorite artwork hanging on the walls! :) We really liked how close we were to everything we wanted to do. The host was very quick to respond to any questions or anything we needed.

This was in the historic part of town across street from a community center and church and a park on the side of street or two. Very easy parking all pics are exactly the same. Used this place for over a week and worked perfectly for visiting family near by at the military base. Great place, great host fast responsive. I brought my dog and he was very happy here. There were some food by, no pizza delivery though. But other than that very close to all the action and walkable if needed. Close to river walk and military base.

Super cute

The house is adorable! Furnishings areComfortable including the bed. Two bathrooms is a bonus. Three things that could be better; 1. DustOn pictures, floorboards, under bed, blinds. 2. The mini split makes a screeching noise everytime it turns on, made it hard to sleep at night. 3. The neighborhood is right on the verge of sketchy. I would not consider it walkable to downtown. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!! It is definetly a gem!

Quick stay

It was perfect for one night. Very cute little home. Very cozy. It was a little cold, the owner left us a few extra blankets so that helped a lot. The ac units are a little loud. We would have liked the property fenced for our dog. Other than that all was good.

Amazing!

My sister and I stayed here for one night while in town for a wedding and this cute little place went above and beyond my expectations! 100% would recommend. Its in a safe area relatively close to anything you may want to see or do!

Trip to the Alamadome

Excellent place to stay for our mini-vacation. Great property, wonderful host. The place was a nice little clean home that was perfect for our trip. The host was responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

House was tidy and comfortable, downtown area felt safe

The queen bed was comfortable, coffee with fresh, the house was eclectic and tidy, and door keypad check in was easy. Despite being so close to downtown, the area felt safe, plus the house has a security system for those who are accostumed to locking themselves in while they sleep. It was nice being close to the Alamodome and Riverwalk. Thanks for a nice overnight in SA!
