Ensure lights, TV, AC/heat, and kitchen appliances are turned off.
Clean up after your pets, bagging and disposing of their waste in the outdoor trash bin. Any pet waste left on the property will incur an additional $30 cleaning fee.

Take all trash to the exterior trash bins.
Verify that all windows and doors are securely closed and locked upon departure.

Please DO NOT book this space if you are expecting an upscale, brand new neighborhood. It’s a neighborhood that is being gentrified. This means that there are remodeled homes next to older homes, lots of strays, and lots construction. Roads are not in the best shape. Some houses might look overgrown, some houses look abandoned. This is not the property to book if you plan on walking to downtown locations. Uber and Lyft are very fast, inexpensive, and easy to use here if you’re planning to hit the downtown locations. It’s in the city, so please expect noise sometimes. This is NOT a luxurious neighborhood, but an up and coming neighborhood. We chose this area because it's super close to the Riverwalk and downtown attractions, central to everything else. I've stayed myself at this place and have felt comfortable and safe, but I understand that safety is relative and I can only share my experiences and feelings.
