NUOVISSIMA CASA DI CAMERA DA LETTO 4 CAMMINATE A DISTANZA ALLA PERLA! Nuovissimo 4 camere da letto W / grande casa loft privata a pochi passi dalla perla e l'accesso al River Walk. Situato in posizione centrale, a pochi passi da molti degli hotspot di intrattenimento preferiti della città, tra cui il birrificio perlato e la vita notturna lungo la rivitalizzata St Mary's Strip. Ampio layout con diversi balconi e vista sul centro. Situato in posizione strategica vicino all'università di Trinity, al quartiere degli affari di SA e all'accesso a tutte le principali autostrade. Nuova casa e con tutti i nuovi mobili. Proprietà adiacente disponibile per gruppi più grandi VRBO # 1229699.

Due box auto disponibili per il parcheggio degli ospiti. Il primo piano dispone di 2 camere da letto con un bagno completo Jack e Jill per coloro che non vogliono usare le scale. Hanno anche accesso a una lavatrice / asciugatrice.

Il terzo piano presenta un'altra suite. Spaziosa camera da letto con letto king size, TV da 55 pollici, ampio armadio, bagno completo e patio. Anche su questo piano è un grande loft privato con un letto matrimoniale con vista della Perla.

We came to San Antonio with a large group of friends/family and this was the location chosen by the "youngins" (30 something kids). The house was clean and well maintained. Communications with the host were fantastic. The kids loved the very high ceilings and the great location (loved being within walking distance of the Pearl). The entry/exit instructions were easy to follow. They also loved the large tub. This would not be the place if you have issues with stairs (although 2 bedrooms were on the first floor), but for our kids and their friends, it was roomy and enjoyable. If we come back to San Antonio with a larger group, we'll put this place on the top of our list.

As others have mentioned, you have to go through one "bedroom" to get to another bedroom. This and the fact the "bedroom" can be seen from the living room causes it to not be private. It is like a loft, with railing where you can see into the living room. For us it worked because our grandson slept in that room.There was loud music late at night which came from a nearby Honky Tonk, but it might not always be that way, This was New Years week. Prior to check-in communication with the property manager was delayed a couple of times. There is a chance I was not using the proper communication channel (text vs VRBO messenger vs ?)Lastly, we rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee which was too long to fit in the garage.Looks like I just focused on negatives, so let me say it was clean, well stocked, felt safe, convenient to the places we visited, and the beds were comfortable. Also each level had its own AC thermostat. We would stay there again.

This property was the perfect location for our family; close to the Riverwalk, even closer to The Pearl, and near everything we wanted to do while we visited San Antonio for a few days. Communication with the property owner was prompt throughout our entire stay. The house had everything we needed.

Top rack of dishwasher broken. Light switch on bedside table in top bedroom broken. Need dresser in top floor bedroom- and larger nightstand- no where to put anything. More towels would be appreciated in top floor bathroom. There was lots of construction outside upon arrival. Overall good experience.

We thought the house was very nice and worked great for us. However, there were several disappointments: The 2 downstairs bedrooms had NO clothes storage options. No hangers, no drawers and we were there for 5 days. Hangers in the other bedrooms also would have been nice. The towel rack in the downstairs bath needs repairing. There were no hot pads and a lack of dish towels for a large family there for the holiday. Even more important there were no bowls for preparing or serving food. That made our stay very difficult. Lastly, we needed some kind of cleaning or disinfectant spray for spills. we did appreciate that there were plenty of dishwasher and clothes washer use. We were happy with the location and the house was very quiet at night even with all of us there.

Nice newer property. Asked for additional towels and addressed with Amazon delivery. Great family room seating with awesome kitchen area as well. 3 full baths were also great. This was a perfect property for adult get together kitchen seating is counter height with multiple levels.. 3 sets of stairs Property actually has 4 bedroom with addl bed in loft area.. not 5 bedroom. Welcome book was helpful but found grocery, Whole Foods, HEB grocery in nicer area with addl shopping on Basse road just 3 miles away. Would be a great addition to the book .

The house was very accommodating for a family of 5, that have 3 teenage boys. We all had our own rooms and the beds were comfortable. Located close to the river walk and Alamo. The house was very clean and well maintained. Would stay here again if back in San Antonio.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a last minute stay for us but they tried to accommodate us as much as they could which was so appreciated. The house is nice and I loved the 2 stories. We went to a restaurant right around the corner and it was fabulous! We will definitely be back

This house was great for our 3 family party of 10. Plenty of room to spread out, great beds, couches, TVs. Nice laundry room and kitchen. Nicely stocked with everything you need. Close to The Pearl. I would stay here again.

This is a very attractive home. Perfect for families, especially with teens. More than enough space for everyone for alone time and gatherings in the kitchen/living space. Very clean and centrally located to everything you’d like to see in San Antonio. Couldn’t be more pleased!!

We had a great time here. Comfortable, well provisioned, and in a GREAT location. We appreciated being able to walk around, and parking wasn’t too difficult. There was a group of five of us and it was great to have so much space to enjoy our reunion.

Very clean & quiet. Close to downtown. About 20 minutes to base. It is in an area of revitalization but very quiet for new construction near. Owner responds in a very timely manner. Let us leave our luggage in garage til 4 on checkout day because of our later flight. That freed us up to speed more time with our airman. Our SUV would not accommodate our lugguage & my grandson. Worked out great. Would rent again
