The space
Kick back on the deck area, or head downstairs to relax in your private backyard with outdoor table/seating area and corn hole for your entertainment.

Just outside your gate you will find a coffee truck (Drippy’s), a Mexican food restaurant (Naco Grayson), and convenience store (Sippy’s) with all the beer, wine and snacks you may need… All this is conveniently located just downstairs for all your breakfast lunch and Dinner needs :)


Choose your adventure: turn left to explore the local culinary scene with nearby wine bars, coffeehouses, and diverse restaurants lining St. Mary's Strip or turn right to visit Hotel Emma, the Riverwalk, and the Pearl complex. The Studio/Container is very well insulated and does block the majority of any potential noise… However please note that the container is located on/above a commercial property with possibility of sounds/noise coming from the courtyard during business hours.
