De locatie was erg goed. Ongeveer 3 minuten lopen naar het strand. Erg fijn. Restaurants en winkels op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen. Verder een groot balkon. Heel handig. Wat erg tegen viel was de rest van de accommodatie. Bij aankomst een vieze vloer met haar en stof. Aan het strand kan het gebeuren dat er zand ligt. dit was alleen erg veel. De badkamer was ook vuil. De kitranden van de douchecabine zaten vol met zwarte schimmel. We hebben eerst chloor en schoonmaakmiddel moeten kopen om de boel grondig te reinigen. Verder hebben we niet in het huisje gegeten omdat er telkens kakkerlakken tevoorschijn kwamen. Heel vies. Wij komen hier dus niet meer terug.

Terrible

Arrived here late on a Saturday night and realised why the owner gives a key code and does not greet. The photos are years old and the place is a disgrace. Old, worn out, dead insects, threadbare and stained linen. The shower is covered in black mould and rust and looks very unhygienic. Sun loungers and sofa covered in disgusting stains. Curtains torn and stained. Absolutely no way this could have been refurbished in 2020 as claimed. Reviews on other websites complain of the same problems just after the supposed refurb. Strangely no negative reviews on this site? Tried to call the owner that night but his phone was switched off. Complained to Vrbo the next day. Sent photos and they immediately agreed it was not as advertised and advised speaking to the owner. Booked for 9 WEEKS but could not stay after the first night and left the next day to check into a hotel that we could not afford. Yes it was that bad! Finally spoke to the owner who cancelled the booking and issued a 50% refund without agreement. The owner promptly readvertised using the same photos that Vrbo know are no longer representative and continues to do so while Vrbo turn a blind eye. Subsequently complained to Vrbo twice for a refund of the difference. Was given a case number each time and told I would be contacted but weeks later have heard nothing. A sad story showing all that’s wrong with booking on the internet with companies like VRBO who prefer to turn a blind eye to unscrupulous owners.

La posizione dell' appartamento e fantastica . Ad un passo dal mare e da tutto quello che vi serve. L appartamento e dotato di tutto il necessario compresi i telai da mare. E molto silenzioso ed arieggiato . Durante il soggiorno ho sempre dormito con le finestre aperte e non sono mai stato disturbato. Lo spazio esterno e la ciliegina sulla torta . Lo consiglio vivamente. Quando tornerò a maspalomas prima consultero le disponibilità di questo appartamento. Ho vissuto una bellissima vacanza

Top Lage

Die Lage und die Terrasse ist traumhaft. Die Küche ist etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Allerdings kocht man eh kaum, da fußläufig Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sind. Was mir gefehlt hat, ist eine schöne Kapselmaschiene, das ist aber Geschmacksache. Außerdem war es morgens auch ein wunderbarer Spaziergang am Strand zum Starbucks, den ich sehr genossen habe.

Perfekte Lage am touristischen Hotspot

Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt, wenn man auf Gran Canaria mittendrin sein will. Ein paar Schritte und man ist am Strand oder auf der Flanierpromenade entlang der Hotels beim Leuchtturm von Maspalomas. Ein Mietauto haben wir nicht gebraucht. Stündlich fährt ein Bus vom bzw. zum Flughafen und kleinere Lebensmittelläden sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Ein grösseres Angebot gibts im nahen Mercadona beim Spital. Dorthin fahren zwar auch Busse, die lohnen sich aber nicht, wenn man zu zweit ist. Die kurze Taxifahrt ist billiger. Ideal ist auch die Terrasse. Sie lag meist im Windschatten und ist ein schöner Ort. Die Wohnung wirkt etwas älter als auf den Fotos. Dafür ist die Küche neu gemacht und für vier Personen recht gut ausgestattet. Etwas mehr Gläser und schöneres Besteck könnte man sich allenfalls wünschen.

Geweldige locatie dichtbij het strand

Locatie is super, check in erg snel en netjes. Welkomspakketje zeer attent. Er waren 2 lampjes kapot, die zijn een dag later netjes gemaakt. Zeer aardige man bij de receptie en man die vroeg of alles in orde was. Bij aankomst had de vloer schoner gekund (kids hadden meteen zwarte voeten) en was t gek dat er 2 kleine handdoeken gebruikt bij de was lagen. Wij hadden pech met t weer; er was super veel wind. Het zwembad was mede daarom veel te koud. Nette broodrooster en overige apparaten. Heerlijke ligstoelen op t terras.

C’est un très bel appartement

Cela fait une quinzaine de fois que nous venons à la Grande Canarie et c’est l’une des meilleures locations que nous ayions trouvées. L’appartement y est spacieux propre et clair, la literie, chose plutôt rare lorsqu’on loue, est parfaite, ainsi que l’emplacement sur Maspalomas. Une dernière précision, les propriétaires sont courtois et attentionnés. Si nous avons à revenir, ce sera probablement ici, merci à vous

Perfect location, would visit again, just a couple of niggles

We had a nice 9 days despite it being very windy 3/4 of the time, with some sand storms and a couple of very cloudy cool days. The apartment was ideally situated for the dunes, the beach, loads of nice restaurants, supermarkets within 10 minute walk that we found or larger ones in playa ingles. The apartment has plenty of room and nice size for a family of 4, everything was clean and well kept. Only niggle for us was how dirty the floor was (might have been missed by cleaners) after a day we spent an hour sweeping and moping it because our feet were filthy just going from the shower to the bedroom, messaged owners on details given but no response. The staff at the offices were very nice and helpful, cleaners came in half way through the week but miscommunication due to language barrier meant that we stayed in for the time they said they would be coming and then waited 3 hours after incase they turned up but didn't, but staff sorted out in the end (was just a bit of a pain in the middle of your holiday with 2 children who wanted to go to the beach). Other niggle, Cockroaches (about 10 during our stay which we got rid of) but one fell from the ceiling in the shower and several on work surfaces in kitchen. Staff informed and told to put spray down when we went out but none under the sink as suggested. There are so many amazing places to visit, recommend the angry birds park and palmitos park, both fantastic, aqualand was awful in our opinion, freezing cold water and massive overcharging for everything. The pool available down the street from the apartment was brilliant and kids made friends everytime we went, was particularly nice after 1pm when the water had warmed a little. The Indian restaurant recommended in the owners information pack was a highlight for us, pricey but food was perfect and the views are lovely, the restaurants nearest the house on the way to faro de maspalomas are very reasonably priced and good food. The beds in the apartment were a lot more comfortable than some we have experienced, although a bit hard for our liking, the fans came in handy as warm at night. Kitchen well stocked for a rental and fresh fruit provided on arrival. The balcony was a highlight for us, watching people go by to the beach and look out at the sea. Highly recommend the experience of the open cinema across the road from the bus stop, fantastic! Really appreciated the use of the apartment on our last day until we left for flight at 6pm, huge help. Thanks

Apartamento funcional con una ubicación excelente

Pasamos 5 días estupendos en esta propiedad. Somos una familia con 4 niñas pequeñas. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable, pues debido al viento tuvimos que estar en el apartamento más del tiempo que nos hubiese gustado. La terraza es amplia, está protegida del viento y tiene vista directa a la playa; todo un lujo. Las camas con confortables; descansamos muy bien. El sofá cama es cómodo y grande. El único pero es que sólo tiene un baño y para 6 personas sí se siente que es poco.

Fantastic location, clean and well equipped. Loved the large balcony area Which overlooked the beach

This is a perfectly located apartment for beach, restaurants, shops and Bars. The kitchen is well equipped and the accommodation is particularly clean. On a windy day or when you have had too much sun you can retreat to the fabulous large balcony which has two sun beds and a large patio table for the al fresco lunch or dinner. Help is always on hand should you require any. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Repetiriamos sin dudar

Ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de la playa y las dunas, perfecto alojamiento para cuatro personas, esplendida terraza, salón y cocina suficientemente amplios para sentirse cómodos, un buen baño y habitaciones muy aceptables, con espacio de sobra para guardar todas tus cosas tanto en el baño como en las habitaciones. Limpieza también perfecta. Estuvimos cuatro personas durante solo cinco dias, desde el primer dia nos sentimos como en casa, esto no es facil de encontrar. Por gusto nos hubieramos quedado muchos dias mas, pero no disponiamos de mas tiempo. A solo dos minutos andando empiezas a encontrar infinidad de restaurantes, minimarket a dos minutos, farmacia tambien a dos minutos. Repetiriamos sin dudar a poder ser durante mas dias.

Fantastic location. Extremely well equipped. Clean

The apartment was literally a minute's walk to the beach, which was huge and cleaned daily. The level of cleanliness and attentiveness of the caretaker was high, as were the facilities within the apartment. There were plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance and the dunes were an incredible sight - particularly at sunrise! We would definitely recommend both the area and the apartment, having had a wonderful, relaxing holiday there. Just be prepared for the service industries beginning early to ensure the whole locality is kept to a very high standard.

Top! Traumhafte Lage!

So wünscht man sich das! Schon im Vorfeld angenehme Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, die Begrüßung am Anreisetag durch den freundlichen Verwalter mit einem Strauß Blumen und einer Flasche Wein hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war noch besser als in der Beschreibung (u.a. neue Betten/Matratzen), auch die Liegen auf der Terrasse waren nagelneu. Die direkte Strandlage ist einfach wunderbar, morgens erst mal laufen am Strand, danach ausgiebig frühstücken mit Blick aufs Meer. Besser geht's nicht! Problemloses WLAN ist vorhanden, alle erforderlichen Küchengeräte ebenfalls. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten. Andreas

Just perfect

Even better than what described!! Fantastic location directly on the beach with all needed at walking distance. Restaurants, shops and bars . Spacious inside, confortable and nice. equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and a lot of sunshine. I liked also to sunbath on the private terrace having flowers and plants all around : perfect for our breakfast, lunch and diner. The pool was great and quiet. The communication with yasmine was super ... I recommend highly we will come back again for sure Thank you

Delightful villa on the beach.

family of 4 mum, dad, son (24) and girlfriend. A thoroughly enjoyable week. . It was comfortable, well equipped and clean and to our surprise had an extremely efficient Wi-Fi . Plenty of wardrobe space. Having a parking space was a massive bonus. It was close enough to the hussle and bussle with lots of nice restaurants. The proximity of the beach was a plus and we could potter back and forth with drinks etc. We enjoyed the fact that when we sat on the terrace there were no cars just a delightful foot path. 2 things which lowered my rating was the shower needs some attention and the washing machine didn't work but when we mentioned it to the agent clean towels were made available straight away. The agent was extremely helpful and gave excellent service. Yes. I would go back again without hesitation.

Very good

Appartment is very nice, and very calm. There is no swimming pool, however it is not necessary since the beach and sand dunes are so close and the sea just in front creates during low tides like a natural pool. It is the perfect place to relax and easy with children. It was great to have a small supermaket at 2 mins walk. And a wonderful seaside avenue with restaurants and pubs, live music and good food at 5 minutes walk. We were there almost every night!!! All in all, it was perfect for us (2 adults + 2 children)
