“It was the filthiest hotel I had ever stayed in. Roaches and ants. One square inch of soap. Shower caddy was removed from shower wall. No housekeeping. Took our dirty linen and the staff gave us filthy dirty linen rolled in a ball. The pool was green and could not go in it. Had to buy our ant traps, shampoo, soap, conditioner, paper towels, Lysol wipes, trash bags. We had to take out our own trash twice a day with our own trash bags because there was no housekeeping.”
