Hotel a San Benito

“La cortina del baño olia a orines, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido, no habia vasos para tomar liquidos, el fondo de la alberca tenia moho, el personal de recepcion no es bilingue, los inquilinos del segundo piso hacian mucho ruido a las 5.30am”

“The hotel is clean, the staff is attentive, and the continental breakfast is complete. We only had an issue with the shuttle; it is important that they specify the service hours, because we chose this hotel for the airport shuttle service but had to pay for a taxi since they didn't have a shuttle running at 6:00 AM.”

“Cleanest hotel I have been to in Harlingen. The staff definitely made you feel like family. They have an enclosed court yard with fenced in pool, they kept clean and grass was immaculate compared to the area. Room was clean, carpets looked great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone if travels put them in this area.”

“The stay was great, the breakfast was as to be expected. The bathroom amenities were very comprehensive. The supplied shampoo bottle was empty, but only took a call to the front desk. Very good experience, overall.”

“Great stay and staff, great breakfast options! a/c started acting up (weird chirping noise) and they offered me another room without hesitation and apologized. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. 4 fluffy pillows. Only minor complaint, was bed was kinda hard, but the pillows made it better”

“The stay was good overall but we had no ac the first nit they had maintenance their first thing the next day. They worked on it was tolerable the next night.”

“This was a good option for us since it had breakfast included. We were doing medical Tourism in Mexico. The parking area at the border was only 15 minutes from the hotel.”

“The only reason I booked this hotel was because it offered an airport shuttle, but I still had to order and pay for an Uber since the shuttle service starts at 5 a.m. and I needed to be at the airport by 4:30 a.m., which was really disappointing. Other than that, the hotel was great.”
