“The stay was great, the breakfast was as to be expected. The bathroom amenities were very comprehensive. The supplied shampoo bottle was empty, but only took a call to the front desk. Very good experience, overall.”

“The first and 4th impression I got from the hotel was the cats. They're obviously being fed by staff and have free roam to the lobby and hallways with the male staff shooing them away. The first morning at breakfast one cast was walking amongst the tables, but not begging only watching us humans eat. Breakfast was excellent with daily variety. “The water was extremely hot to shower. We told them. Maintenance went to the room twice. 2nd time he said to give it a few mins for the cold water to work, but if it didnt to just let it run. We did let it run, but it just kept getting hotter. We did not tell them again, because the guy was annoyed.”

“Friendly staff, clean room and food is decent. I didn’t use the pool but it was clean and looks really inviting. Great location from the airport. Fresh coffee every morning and hot water if you prefer tea. The only suggestion I would have is maybe some yogurt for a healthier option.”

“Economically friendly, but with that, there is often undesirable activities that take place outside. If you just need a place to sleep and not worry about going outside, worth it, but there was someone smoking marijuana by the side door entrance. Keep that in mind if you are traveling with kids.”

“Cleanest hotel I have been to in Harlingen. The staff definitely made you feel like family. They have an enclosed court yard with fenced in pool, they kept clean and grass was immaculate compared to the area. Room was clean, carpets looked great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone if travels put them in this area.”

“Rooms nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom was not good. Toilet felt like you had to "pop a squat" very low. Great if I were a midget. Hot water in shower nearly non-existent just use hot water faucet? no need for the cold. Continental breakfast...joke. coffee so diluted. Nothing offered but cereal and pancakes..Great for diabetics!! No fruit or yogurt to be seen. The grounds have seen better days. There are cracks and potholes. Glad it was for 1 night only and it was prepaid.”

“Rooms are big and clean. Staff was nice. Pool was nice but there was a lot of bugs in there.”

“We arrived to our room an walked in room dirty bed not made and towels on the floor they moved us to another room and trash in the trash can and towels were dirty with stains would not give us any kind of discount we will not stay there again and the water from the faucet smelled like sewage”
