“The hosts provide a perfect place to stay. It is cozy, but seems more roomy than the pictures suggest. Each room is enhanced by tastefully chosen art, furniture and unusually varied lighting. The kitchen has a surprising amount of functionality, not least of which is how attractive it is. We didn't cook since Alameda has excellent, affordable restaurants nearby, We slept well.”

“I was only there for one evening. I wanted to be close to the Oakland airport for my Monday mid morning flight to avoid traffic. It’s a perfect place for that. No need to get on the freeway and just a short 4-5 mile drive down the hill. Very pretty area too. Oh and the water pressure for the shower was awesome and heats up quick. Thank you again for a very convenient and peaceful stay! I will stay again when in the area. ”

We were not able to access the property at midnight, having just arrived in Oakland. After repeated attempts to contact the property manager all day for a door code, I finally called VRBO. “Stayed for two and a half weeks while recovering from a surgery and couldn't be happier with my decision. Clean, safe, and all amenities are as advertised. My only note is that temperature control was a bit of a hassle in the bedroom I stayed in—however, once I became familiar with both the space heater and the portable air conditioner and learned how/when to use them, it wasn't a problem. "L'hotel è situato a pochi passi da union square. Sebbene si noti una recente ristrutturazione il bagno della camera appare un poco datato. La camera però è accogliente e molto pulita. La biancheria di ottima qualità. Il personale è cortese e pronto a soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti. Passando al tema sicurezza della zona: sono presenti alcuni senzatetto, ma non danno alcun fastidio per cui non si avverte alcuna sensazione di pericolo. Ottima quindi la location in quanto vicina a negozi di marche conosciute e con presenza di molti ristoranti e diner."
