There was a little confusion about billing for an upgrade but Crystal was very friendly and professional; she helped to resolve the problem as quickly as she could with Mike (the manager, who is also friendly and cares about your satisfaction). “Staff and room were both excellent. Restaurant is on site. The hotel fronts a main road with a traffic light directly in front of the hotel. Traffic is very noisy accelerating from the light, especially for a room close to the road. Take earplugs.”

The rooms in the older part of the lodge have great historical appeal with a lovely courtyard and proximity to the dining and entertainment part of the property. The newer section is also a good place to stay for more modern rooms and amenities and the swimming pool.
