Stay cool and entertained year-round with AC, WiFi, and Smart TVs. Outside, a spacious, grassy side yard awaits, perfect for little ones or furry friends to frolic. Plus, you’ll have a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer to keep things fresh.

Parking is a breeze with tandem driveway space for 2-3 cars. Located just east of Sunset Cliffs Blvd, you’re just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the restaurants, shops, and beach at the end of Newport Ave. Dive into the vibrant charm of Ocean Beach with its weekly farmers market, fun beachfront activities, lively sidewalk musicians, quirky bars, and some of the best restaurants around. Getting Around:
Ocean Beach is very walk-able!
However a car is the best way to get around San Diego if you'll be exploring places outside of Ocean Beach.
Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!

There are two other cottages on the property, and the laundry facilities are shared with these and an additional property.

We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
