“We love Noe's Nest B&B. We try to stay in the neighborhoods when we visit SF. This place is quintessential San Francisco, a big old quirky and eclectically decorated Victorian. The hosts are great and the vibes are good. Loved it! ”

“We’re visiting San Francisco and trying out a few different hotels for fun and comparison purposes. This is one of the best so far. We decided it would be safer and less expensive to stay slightly outside the city rather than downtown. Parking here is free compared to $65 to $95/night in the city and the room rate is less for a comparable hotel. It’s only about a 15 minute drive into central SF.
The room is clean, the beds are comfortable and we like the fact that the bathroom has a real door...

“L’hotel è un edificio storico molto bello vicinissimo alle Pink Ladies in perfetto stile San Francisco. La camera, piuttosto angusta, era pulita; peccato la finestra su un cavedio.
Personale gentile e cortese. Nota dolente la colazione: tutti i giorni la stessa solfa, piuttosto poverella, in una sala con pochissimi posti tanto da dover fare la fila rischiando di non trovare nulla. ”

“Bed was adequate but splendid when I first arrived. Hamburger joint sharing the property has a good value and I ate there daily in order to be well fed for the Dead and Co shows. The staff are all very nice and helpful and really care that you’re happy. Basic room. Would recommend. ”

“Maybe the bed. We were a family of three of us. We choose a room with two queen bed and definitely we had some problems to sleep. A queen bed for me and my husband was too little and a queen bed for my son was too big!”
