“Excellent hotel and service ”

“Sapaxa Spring Garden Ecolodge has been the highlight of our trip to Sapa. It truly has been an immersive experience in the beautiful and peaceful countryside. The bungalow style suites consisted of comfortable, cozy beds and bedding which includes all the necessities that any hotels can offer. The suite felt like an haven of relaxation and provided us with great privacy. We particularly enjoyed waking up and sitting on the porch overlooking the views while sipping on coffee each morning or...

“Wonderful breakfast with hot noodle like pho, congee, eggs, yogurt. Family room was nice and spacious and they are interconnecting rooms. Great for our family of 4. Nice view from breakfast area and the front. Nice lobby, decor, furniture. Walking distance into town. Free water and drinks in the minibar. Staff were helpful. Very happy that we stayed here during our trip to Sapa and would gladly return.”

“This hotel is beautiful, from the lobby to the dinning area, and to the room itself. Get the breakfast buffet. Just do it. Also, the shuttle to and from the city center was the cherry on top!”

“This hotel is underrated but has one of the best views from the room and from the restaurant where you can see the mountain view with the monorail passing. The hotel serves breakfast with local cusine (one of the best pho I've tried) but also has selection of foreign breakfast everything was so good. Also all the staff were very friendly and prodfessionals ready to help us with our needs. Thank You Yen Sapa hotel, we'll surely be back here if we happen to be in Sapa again! Highly reccomended!”

“La chambre etait conforme aux photos. Une des taies d'oreiller etait sale, j'ai fait la remarque, elle n'a pas été changé. Il y avait des petits cafards blonds. Je n'etais pas tranquille.”

“Located at 2 minutes walking distance from the center of Sapa, it's not on the flat part of the city, just a easy and little hill to climb. Nice staff, big hall to use in case you have some waiting time. Bathroom and shower facility to use after your checkout.”
