This is your ultimate getaway. This penthouse is on the fifth floor overlooking the beautiful bay side of Ambergris Caye. Located 2.5 miles north of the bridge to San Pedro, you can't find a more convenient location. Let's start with the condo! 3BR and 3BA(with a sofa couch as well) it will accommodate your whole family. The Master bedroom has beautiful views over the water, the two other bedrooms view the reef and have beds that can be configured as a king or two doubles - just let us know how you want them! The Master has a beautiful bathroom with all amenities and a wonderful assortment of Caribeville toiletries such as lotions, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more. One of the bedrooms is an ensuite with a generous bathroom including two sinks and a luxurious steam shower.

The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, silverware, knives, cutting boards, tupperware, a toaster over, a blender for cool drinks, you name it, it's there for you. The appliances are all new and modern. GE Profile.

Sunset Caribe boasts 24/7 gated security, a world class fitness facility that would put LifeTime Fitness to shame, and a quaint cafe in the lobby for your early morning latte or pastry, two enormous pools, a beautiful hot tub overlooking the water and a brilliant poolside bar called Sundowners (including swim up access). Why is it called that? Because the most incredible sunsets are viewed from this very location. Absolutely stunning.

What is close by? Everything! Get yourself a golf cart and get ready to explore. Don't have a golf cart? You can walk to a range of some of the most popular spots. Want a party? Walking distance attractions include Truck Stop, Rum Dog, Castaway, Aji Tapas and of course the on site restaurants Aqua and Rain, the roof top dining experience you can't miss.

If you are in a cart, the world is your oyster! You are about 20 minutes from Secret Beach, you have endless opportunities in San Pedro for places like Elvi's Kitchen, Estelle's, El Fogon, Caramba's and so much more. Need some ideas? Let us know, we have lived in the area for nearly 10 years. By the way, the resort will rent you a cart so it is simple and painless. They also offer free bikes, kayaks, paddleboards and more.

Are you unsure about getting stuff like a case of beer, a bottle of wine, a pizza for the kids, some cheese and crackers for snacks? Don't worry, The Beach Basket is just across the street and can take care of all of that for you. They even deliver.

Are you planning some excursions such as snorkeling at Hol Chan? Fishing the reef? Going diving? Every tour operator on the island will be happy to pick you up at the pier at Grand Caribe across the street which is about a 2 minute walk. This is indeed the finest location on the island.
