The house is elevated and has its own second level ("loft"). The main living area provides a spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living area, dining area, and 2 private balconies with views of the yard.



Dining options galore:

Masapan's Kitchen is fully stocked, including a coffee bar, but if you don't feel like cooking, there are many popular breakfast, lunch, and dining options, less than a 5-minute walk away, including Rum Dog, The Truckstop, Coconut Cafe, The Garage, Aji, Marbucks Coffee House, Tres Cocos Waffle and Smokehouse, and Pur Boutique Cabanas.

It is also less than a 5-minute walk to the ocean, where you can head to the dock for your diving, fishing, or excursion pickup.



The large primary bedroom with a queen bed has plenty of storage, and the stunning, completely renewed bathroom is a private oasis. The other bedroom, also located on the main floor, has a full bed with a bathroom around the corner. A beautiful spiral staircase brings you into the loft, which has a queen-size swinging bed, one full bed, and access to the 3rd balcony.



The house sleeps up to 7 people comfortably, and we believe the loft is mostly suitable for children/teenagers.

Both bedrooms, the loft and the main living area all have their own split AC. That's 4 total, which makes this house very comfortable.
