  • 'Pirate Villas' è una villa privata a 3 piani sul lungomare di North Ambergris Caye. Situato in posizione strategica a solo un miglio a nord del centro di San Pedro in una delle zone più esclusive del Belize, Tres Cocos Area.

    L'unità inferiore comprende un letto king size, realizzato a mano da un artigiano locale in legno di guerriero esotico del Belize, zona soggiorno con nuovo comodo set di divani, cucina completa, con porte francesi che si aprono alla propria piscina privata con piattaforma in legno massiccio del Belize, TV via cavo a schermo piatto da 40 ", lavatrice / asciugatrice e bagno progettato su misura.

    Recentemente rinnovato nel 2016 con piastrelle esotiche di argilla messicana per interni ed esterni con una calda finitura a mosaico in tutta la villa. WIFI portatile da utilizzare sulla proprietà incluso solo per comodità.

    Plunge Pool: rinfrescati con un cocktail tropicale dell'isola nella tua piscina privata profonda 5 piedi con una fantastica vista del tramonto appena fuori dal ponte al piano inferiore.

    La nostra unità inferiore è perfetta per una coppia. La seconda unità è riservata ai proprietari. I proprietari sono raramente a casa, quindi hai la privacy.

    Pirate's Treasure Restaurant & Bar: Situato all'ingresso della proprietà sul ciglio della strada che dista 400 piedi (dalla Villa) offre la migliore cucina caraibica specializzata in ricette Lionfish, aperto alle 16:00 e cucina chiude alle 23:00. Un posto divertente dove turisti e gente del posto si incontrano per divertirsi.

Perfect location, out of busy town, perfect for getting pretty much anywhere and very quiet. We loved hanging out on the deck, using the bbq and a nice dip in the personal pool. Hosts and caretaker very helpful and accommodating.

Jason and Mar were great host. They knew all the good spots to go. They made our trip very memorable would definitely stay again. Take the kayak out bar hopping on the lagoon!

This was hands down my best VRBO experience. Everything went smoothly. The property was wonderful. Our hosts were amazing and helpful. Highly recommend this home. Far enough off the main road to be completely private, yet close enough to all amenities that you could walk if you wanted to shops and restaurants.
Main floor is the VRBO. Owner lives upstairs and takes really good care of the property and guests.

I was visiting to find my permanent retirement home, and Pirate Villas was a great place to stay for my week! Air conditioning and the private pool made things even better. It's close enough to town to get what you need or to go out and party with everyone - and its also just enough outside of San Pedro Town to have a nice quiet time. The back deck faces west, so you get to take in the unbelievable sunsets. It's on the lagoon side of the island, but about 300 meters to the east is the beach and all it has to offer. The cute dinosaurs that will come running out of the mangroves are fun to feed leftovers to, also. They seem to like reggae music - specifically Bob Marley and the Wailers - and Stick Figure. Catalina and Brandon were around to take care of any requests or questions. It was an amazing week and I would definitely recommend it! One Love and Aloha!

Great stay at Pirates!

Really enjoyed our time here. Just out of the way enough to feel like your own private oasis but close enough to everything so running out for anything was a breeze. Maresha was super helpful, on top of making sure our stay was top notch she also hooked us up with a golf cart rental for getting around and helped us arrange a private snorkelling trip. Would definitely stay again.

We will be back, this place is great!

We enjoyed our stay; the description is super accurate, pictures are on point. Bed was very very comfortable; we had everything we needed! The location is right where you want to be on Ambergris Caye. 10/10 recommend!

This place was great. It’s not “fancy” but had everything we needed for a 6 night stay a few weeks ago. The washer/dryer was broken, but the couple who manages the place did a load of laundry for us. The back room does stay pretty warm, but we managed. Putting the fan in the hallway and opening the bathroom doors helped to get the airflow moving in the middle of the night. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed it. The kitchen was equipped enough for us to make breakfast and some snacks. We always went out for dinner! The mattress is SUPER firm. We prefer a firm mattress, but this one was a little too firm. We were fine, but some guests may not like it. We would stay here again. It was a good location and the things that weren’t perfect were extremely minor for the price and how awesome the hosts were.

We had such an enjoyable time in San Pedro. Maresha and Jason were genuine kind and laid back hosts. The views were stunning. It was really nice after all day on the beach or in town (where so much is going on) to come back to peace and serenity. Five out of five would not stay anywhere else when we return. Come back and watch the beautiful sunset from the pool.

Great location and property

The view on the verandah was lovely. The pool was clean, cool, and enjoyable. I loved the amount of wood accents in the home. The staff were extraordinary nice. We would rent again.

Perfect spot

The villa is spacious and very well appointed. Super comfortable couches for lounging, and the bed is comfortable. Only a few blocks from town, but quiet and tranquil. The plunge pool is refreshing and sunset views are stunning. The owners were super responsive as was the caretaker. Highly recommend Pirate Villa.
