Scopri il grande fascino della nostra villa coloniale sul mare, Villa Aurora, situata sulla Belize Barrier Reef, la seconda barriera corallina più grande del mondo.

La nostra villa sulla spiaggia, situata ad Ambergris Caye, nella prestigiosa Playa Blanca, dispone di 5 camere da letto, ognuna con il suo condizionatore d'aria e ventilatore a soffitto e 5 bagni, di cui tre con bagno privato. Due delle tre camere da letto al piano superiore si aprono su una lunga terrazza con aree salotto al di fuori di ogni camera da letto. Le 360 ​​viste da Villa Aurora coprono il Mar dei Caraibi fino alla baia. Disponiamo inoltre di una suite Princess Maya con una camera da letto e un bagno con ingresso indipendente sulla spiaggia frontale, cucina e area salotto esterna.

La nostra nuova area relax sul tetto è perfetta per sorseggiare un cocktail mentre vi godete una delle viste più belle del mondo.

La nostra villa recentemente rinnovata è abbellita con mobili fatti a mano da Belize, nonché mobili fatti a mano e statuari da Bali, in Indonesia.

Le nostre pareti sono decorate con dipinti dell'artista locale del Belize Fred Trejo, e un tesoro fatto a mano accuratamente scelto da Bali.

Raffreddata dalle brezze del mare orientale, questa spettacolare villa presenta una palapa sul tetto, tre palapas sulla spiaggia e una palapa all'estremità del molo! Aree relax sulla spiaggia, sul tetto e a bordo piscina.

Giardini splendidamente paesaggistici di alberi tropicali e fiori, oltre 30 specie di piante, creando un ambiente idilliaco. L'ampio soggiorno e i divani imbottiti si aprono sulla terrazza della piscina e sulla zona pranzo esterna. Entrambi i nostri tavoli da pranzo fatti a mano sono perfetti per i pasti in famiglia all'interno della villa oa bordo piscina.

Si può arrivare a Villa Aurora via mare o via terra. La villa dispone di un lungo molo privato con una palapa con amache e panchine all'estremità. Il molo ha una scala ed è perfetto per fare snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayak o pesca. Il molo è facilmente raggiungibile con taxi d'acqua, barche per immersioni, moto d'acqua e barche a vela.

La villa dispone anche di un sacco di asciugamani da spiaggia! E una lavanderia per la vostra convenienza.

Amazing Slice of Paradise

The property was absolutely beautiful along with all of the coastline around San Pedro and Ambergris Caye. From before we ever arrived, the property staff was helpful, communicative, and assisted in making bookings and ensuring everything ran as smoothly as possible. Mike and Jairo were delightful and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Belize for their first time - 5 stars!

Wonderful Home

We just completed a family vacation here and this home was perfect for all of us. Jairo the caretaker took such great care of everything we needed at the house. Mike the property manager was terrific, he booking all our excursion, dinner reservations, messages, you name it and he made it happen. They both made us all feel so welcome and provided excellent support to all our needs.

Fantastic visit!

Mike, Teresa and Jose were terrific hosts. They checked in with us every day, responded promptly to questions, and the meals Teresa cooked for us were better than what we had at the restaurants. We had plenty of space to relax, play games and enjoy our week in the sun.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great 7-day stay at Villa Aurora. Jairo and Vicki (caretakers of the property) were absolutely amazing! They helped us with whatever needs we had, and Vicki is an amazing cook. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 10-16). We all had our own space and enjoyed the house. Would highly recommend this property when booking your stay in Ambergris Caye.

Fabulous Private Villa

Our group of 9 had a fantastic and relaxing week at Villa Aurora. The pool, kitchen and living room was a great space for all of us to hang out with a lovely view of the Caribbean Sea. Jairo and Vicki took good care of us always making sure we had water, ice and even did a bonfire for us one night. Mike did a great job arranging our airport transfers, golf carts and snorkeling tours (must snorkel Hol Chan & Shark Ray Alley with Captain Chris). Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect home for multi generation family vacation

The house, yard and private pier were perfect for a family vacation. Simon met us at the airport with our 2 golf carts and escorted us to the house and gave us a tour. The caretakers, Jose and Theresa, took wonderful care of us. We enjoyed our Belizean meals. We loved the large yard and played volleyball and corn hole. The pier is perfect for fishing and spotting sting rays. Highly recommend this property.

Thanksgiving Break

Our family really enjoyed coming to Villa Aurora! There is plenty of space for everyone and plenty to do! Hito and Vicky are extremely welcoming. Vicky cooked a fabulous Belizean/American meal. Mike was also extremely responsive with any question and other needs(ie. booking 1/2 day charters, setting up golf carts, picking up from airport and bringing us back to the airport). Our family thoroughly enjoyed this trip and was able to relax! Thank You All for sharing Villa Aurora!

This place was perfect for our first time over sea vacation. Mike the manager helped us so much. There was no shampoo or conditioner when I thought there was but we survived. It was pretty far from town. A 20 minute golf cart ride. It was private. My family loved the dogs. Great place for large families

An incredible experience

We had a group of 8, ages 8 to 80, and we all had a wonderful stay here. Jeiro and Vicki are fantastic, and they went above and beyond on a daily basis making sure that we had an excellent stay here. Our first night here, I was exhausted, so Vicki had prepared the best Belizean meal for our family. The food was fantastic. Mike contacted me right away and set up our plane tickets to the Island from Belize City, our golf cart rentals, excursions and meals. I didn't have to worry about anything. The property does need some updates here and there, but overall, I was very happy with our stay and my family was comfortable. I'm so glad that we had the opportunity to stay there and have such a great experience.

Great Place

You can’t pick a better place for a large party staying in one house in San Pedro. The groundskeeper (Jairo) was absolutely terrific, he’s there whenever you need something, but you don’t even know he’s there. Not knowing how to fish, Jairo and his son taught my 8 & 11 year old girls how to fish off the dock and they still bring up all the fishes they caught:) Also, there’s a great restaurant (Sundeck) literally next-door, so you are a 30second walk from good drinks and food. Then there’s Mike, the property manager who checks in making sure your stay is great. He can find you cooks, carts, activities. Too bad we didn’t know that because we already scheduled everything before we knew.

Beautiful Home with Superb Service

Our stay at Villa Aurora was very relaxing and peaceful. The caretaker, Jairo, and housekeeper, Vicki, will take care of your every wish. From launching kayaks to shopping for fruit to washing clothes, they do it all. Mike the property manager arranged all of our outings and even greeted us at the airport with our rented golf carts and a luggage cart. He was able to arrange last-minute spa treatments, snorkel outings, and dinner reservations for us. The house was very comfortable and the pool and grounds were beautiful. Overall, a lovely stay. There was a lot of sargassum weed when we were there, so we couldn't swim from the shore. We did swim off the end of the dock. We saw stingrays and lots of fish from the dock, and our snorkel boats picked us up right there so we wouldn't have to go into town. The roof patio was a nice place to watch the sunrise and sunset. Kids enjoyed lots of beach volleyball.

Amazing

This property is absolutely incredible. Clean, bright, excellent location and very well appointed. Patrick had Mike meet us right at the dock when we got off the ferry and take us to the house and get us settled. The house is about a 25 minute drive from downtown San Pedro, which we liked as it was away from the hustle and bustle. We loved having the pool and the beach right there and the yard out back is huge, which we loved taking advantage of for volleyball and cornhole. We didn't take advantage of it, but Mike offered to bring in anything from a private chef to a masseuse if we wanted it. Everything in the description is accurate and you'll definitely enjoy this place!
