Due piani, 5 camere da letto, 4. 5 bagni, casa fronte mare circondata da lussureggianti campi tropicali e piscina privata. Situato a 4. 5 miglia a sud dal centro città. Il primo piano è composto da un ampio soggiorno aperto, sala da pranzo, sala colazione e cucina che si affaccia sul mare. Ci sono 2 camere da letto con letti matrimoniali, una camera con schermo piatto da 42 ', vista sul mare e ampi armadi. C'è un grande bagno completo tra le due camere da letto. The Living rm. ha una TV a schermo piatto da 50 ', un mezzo bagno, vista sul mare e accesso al balcone. Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono al primo piano. La cucina è dotata di frigorifero, forno, microonde, macchina per il caffè, frullatore, tostapane, pentole, padelle, utensili e un filtro per l'acqua da 5 galloni.

Il secondo piano è composto da 2 suite fronte oceano con letti queen size, balcone privato, un ampio soppalco con 2 letti matrimoniali, un futon e uno schermo piatto da 42 pollici. Un ampio bagno divide la zona soppalcata dalla terza camera da letto che ha anche 2 letti matrimoniali. Per i bambini sono disponibili 2 letti aggiuntivi, se necessario. La casa dispone di ampi balconi coperti con vista mozzafiato sul mare da entrambi i livelli. Vicino al negozio di alimentari, minimarket, shopping, mercato di frutta e verdura e intrattenimento.

Decent Place

Overall the house met our needs. However, it lacked cleanliness, and supplies needed for a large group (beach towels, pool chairs, etc). We had a in the roof and the kitchen sink which was promptly taken care of. We appreciated the arrangements made by Mike, including pick up with golf carts at airport. However, we arranged a full day boat trip to include 3 snorkels, including Hol Chan. Out boat trip had 1 snorkel and not at Hol Chan, so we ended up paying for an additional day to do that. It is far from town, and nice/quiet - the listing is up front about that. The house could be great with some maintenance, cleaning, and updating of supplies.

Great property for large groups!

This property was perfect for what we needed it for. The Pros of this property are that it is big, there is lots of space and the property Manager, Simon is AMAZING. The cons are that it is off the beaten path (a 20-30 minute golf cart ride into town) and very basic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Simon was so helpful and the house was exactly what we needed for a large group!

Christmas in the Caribbean

We booked the property early. It was one of the few properties which could fit our family-and-friends group of 10 adults and 4 kids comfortably. The property has 5 bedrooms, and the upstairs salon has additional beds. We had enough beds to fit everyone without excessive sharing. The bedrooms are air conditioned separately which was a huge plus because some of us liked cold, and others loved the evening breeze with A/C off. The kitchen was well equipped, a basic microwave and dishwasher were available and dishwasher detergent was provided. A washer and dryer were available, and some of us made used the combo frequently. The property has a freshwater pool that was well maintained and refreshing. Pool amenities like the loungers were available. The property also had a grill but we did not use it. The downside was that the property was quite far away from the city center but we knew it when booking. Still, it took 30 minutes+ on the golf cart to get to the city, and about 15 minutes to the closest restaurant (Lone Star Cafe, an excellent place). The property has a dock but it is too shallow for most boats to dock there. We had to use a neighbor's dock for our dive/snorkel trips. Overall, the stay was pleasant and laid back, which was exactly the point. Would definitely come back some day.

Amazing views with privacy

Our family trip to Belize was just about perfect. The Sea the View house is very comfortable and is stocked with all the essentials. We used 5 of the 6 bedrooms. No one had to wait for a shower...which is essential after a long day on the water with 5 adults and 4 kids in tow. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning. The kids loved having a pool and beach area. The adults loved the shade on the balcony and on the first floor. It was easy to keep an eye on everyone. Having a washer and dryer also made life easier. We always had fresh towels! The only thing I'd recommend: bring your own pillow if you are a pillow snob like me! :-) The ride from San Pedro took about 20 - 30 minutes...but it was so worth it for the privacy. Plus we all loved the commute by golf cart to town...it was so much nicer than our crazy commute in Houston!! On the island, we encountered beautiful views and smiling faces all along the way. The personal attention that we received from David from the moment we arrived in San Pedro was exceptional. Sheron made sure we had the best contact on the island for any and all excursions. David connected us to great fishing/beach BBQ/snorkeling guides (Capt Gonz and Joel). We spent the day on a beautiful sailboat with Captain Luis and his crew snorkeling at 4 different sites. We also had a great day of exploring the mainland with Brian who took us through cave tubing and zip-lining. All in all, I would recommend the house to anyone...especially a large group/family who enjoys cooking and just hanging out.

Best Family Vacation Ever

I vacationed on Ambergris Caye with my family and two other families for a total of 12 people and all of us loved this house. The house was spacious and in great condition every one and the kids loved the swimming pool. We stayed in and cooked a couple of days and ate out most of the time. We loved the Wild Mango and Carumba in San Pedro but Elvi's Kitchen was also very good. When we cooked, there were all sort of pots/pans, cups/plates/bowls enough for us all and a coffee maker, toaster, utensils. The washer/dryer were also very useful when we ran out of clean clothes. There was plenty of space even for another family which made the sleeping arrangements very easy. The view was gorgeous and the location was quiet and secluded, we could have sat on the balcony and stare at the ocean the whole trip. Golf carts are a must which made traveling into San Pedro and supermarkets, very easy. Simon, the manager of the house was easily accessible for any questions and very helpful. He recommended David Gonzalez to set up our tours to Lamanai - the mayan ruins, cave tubing/zip lining and snorkeling which were all wonderful with excellent and knowledgeable guides. David was amazing and a must if visiting Ambergris Caye; he picked us up from the water taxi and took us to and from all of our tours and back to the water taxi when we left and made sure everything was perfect, which it was. This was the best vacation we ever had and the kids did not want to leave. We are definitely coming back. Thank you to Simon and David for the wonderful service.

Tropical Paradise

This house is beautiful and spacious. It looks just like it does in the pictures. It was great for our big group. Loved how secluded it was too. I can't wait to come back and stay here again.

Amazing Home Fabulously Owner

This is one of the most amazing houses I have ever stayed in on vacation. The owners make sure everything was taken care of for us. The views from this home are the best on the island. You have a large pool in front of house that was fabulous. The caregiver did our grocery shopping for us so when we got in there we had food. This house will easily and comfortablely sleep 18 adults with plenty of room on futons, couches and roll always for at least 6 more. When you are out in ocean doing a tour this is the house that you see above all the other houses, we spotted it on all tours and when we flew back and forth from San Pedro to Belize City. It has a the most amazing rooftop, you can see for miles and we watched the stars, sunsets and sunrises, so tranquil you think you are in heaven. You are on south end of island (we went to north end and all agreed we loved our location) we just jumped in golf carts and went everywhere. Sheron was the easiest person I have ever dealt with, bless her heart we had a million questions and she went out of her way to make sure we got everything we needed. We have fallen in love with this house and our family is already trying to organize our next trip there. If you need any info, Sheron has our info and we will be more than happy to share our great experience. Sheron thank you again for sharing your home with us, those who stay there will have great memories for life. Ben and Connie Franklins

Great vacation!!!

My family and I had a great time! The house is fantastic! The view of the caribbean from the house is spectacular. The kids enjoyed the private pool and playing in the sand. It was nice of the owners to make arrangements with golf carts and tours. We will definitely go back.

GREAT HOUSE WITH A GREAT VIEW ON A GREAT ISLAND

My trip to Belize was amazing. I had 7 of my family members in tow, and the house accommodated everyone. The view from all 3 stories of the home is phenominal, and it was nice to cool down after a long day of adventures in the pool. The family who owns the home are easy to work with, and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the home and everything it had to offer.

Unbelizeable Family Vacation!

Wonderful beachfront home with breathtaking views! Off the beaten path and very tranquil. This home is spacious, clean, effective A/C, good bathrooms and has with everything that you need. So nice to have coffee on the balcony each morning and see the sunrise.
