Rosie the Office Manager was very helpful with changing our time for the water taxi. Ashanti the bartender made the best dirty banana I have ever enjoyed. Paulina our housekeeper did an excellent job in maintaining the order and cleanness of our room. Mike the maintenance man educated us on the culture of the people of Ambergris Caye and recommended the best restaurants on the island.

This was our third trip to San Pedro and first stay at White Sands Cove, we would definitely stay again. This unit is a beautiful private spot in a quiet enclave of condo owners a couple miles north of town. The facility is gorgeous with birds all over, big mature trees and flowers lining sand paths and the beach. Clean, well-appointed rooms and our phone service, TV and internet worked well (plan for slower speeds at times but always usable). Rosie and the staff were lovely and on top of things. We had storms and got eaten alive by sand flies, don’t forget the bug spray and bite treatments.

HIGHLY recommend!!!

Ambergris is awesome and WSC made it even more awesome!! Terri the office manager was extremely accommodating and professional, she told us exactly where to go and what to do. The bartender Ruth was a total sweetheart and made the BEST Rum Punch on the island! The grounds were well kept and the rooms very tidy, everyday we came back to a clean room. Take LOTS of bug spray, you'll need it for when you're out in the sand. We HIGHLY recommend the tour of Lamanai and the fishing excursion with "Biggs". Biggs will take you and 2 other couples to the reef to fish and catch lobsters. Then he takes you to a beach and grills them with traditional Belize sides and rum punch, amazing food!! Also, Terri gave us a kayak and fishing rods to go fishing by the reef. We caught a red snapper, took it to our room and ate it, FUN!! The people are very honest and friendly, never were we concerned about our safety or belongings. We actually left our passports and credit cards at a restaurant and they delivered them to us!! When you go to town, eat at Carrumbas and ESPECIALLY Elvi's!!! And take a trip to Secret Beach during the day time, it's very cool. Just come back before it gets dark, the path is a dirt road and it's NOT lit. If you see anyone making burritos in a food cart, buy one, they're very good. If we ever go back to Belize, we will DEFINITELY stay at White Sands Cove again!!

The view was incredible. The room was in need of basic upgrades - kitchen and bathroom faucets are very old and rusty. A newer comforter and bath mat without tears would be a nice upgrade.

The codo was spacious and the AC worked great. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements. We were provided with purified water and they refilled it several times. They picked us up from the water taxi and also drove us to the airport on the last day. They helped us rent a golf cart at a great price and coordinated our at home COVID tests. The people were the best! We loved our trip and would stay at this location again.

The rooms were great with bedroom being airconditioned and kitchen area being more like the outdoors. The floor being tiled was great. Loved the pool and the bar. Staff was so warm and welcoming and went out of their way to serve and wait on us. We really enjoyed our 4 night and 4 1/2 day stay. TV's in both rooms were nice.

This property is just lovely, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We did have an issue with the fridge that they were not able to resolve, but they did try. The location is not too far from town, but far enough away so that it is quiet. You do need a golf cart here.

Great hotel great location

Overall had a great stay in San Pedro at white sands cove. The room was clean and spacious and staff was friendly. We got a welcome drink upon arrival and the on site restaurant was delicious. Great location north of the town so it was more quiet and felt safe. The only issue with San Pedro is an issue plaguing the Caribbean area as a whole. Sargassum is the stinky algae that washes up on shore and smells like rotten eggs. The entire east side is covered on the island. White sands has a barricade to prevent it from washing up but this means no ocean access. The pool was nice though and secret beach is really close by

White Sands Cove is a welcoming place with private rooms, a gathering area, and very polite staff. They have taken the extra steps for cleanliness and safety and the manager Alec is very helpful and you can tell he loves his job. Thank you White Sands for a great stay!

Endroit simplement parfait!

Superbe endroit. Les employés sont serviables et attentionnés. La chambre était de tout confort. Très complète et aussi merveilleuse. Le site est beau, très belle piscine. Le seul problème et malheureusement ce n’est pas le problème de l’hôtel, mais les algues dégagent une forte odeur. Mer non baignable et un peu loin du centre. Si vous voulez sortir vous promener, vous devez louer une voiturette de golf. Parfait pour couple. Pour famille voulant se reposer, mais peut être pas l’idéal pour un voyage solo comme moi.

White Sands was everything it wa said to be. Nice quiet and peaceful. The staff, Rosie, Vanesa, Britany, and Lauren were always available to help or give you advice on where to go. I will be back next year and plan to stay once again at the White Sands

Relaxing White Sands Cove

White sands cove was amazing! When I first arrived at San Pedro, I booked the Hotel. When I was headed to the hotel, I was a bit nervous because it seemed far. It wasn’t actually far. I was greeted during check-in, by my name. I was shocked. I was offered a drink while we went over the paperwork by the pool and bar! Room was extremely nice. My only complaint would be the bar was a tad expensive. I paid the U.S prices for drinks. I would definitely recommend and return but just avoid the pricey bar. 😊

The facilities, the grounds and the staff were all wonderful. I do have one complaint though. The water used for the showers and sinks is purified sea water. When the purification system was working everything was great. However, there were 2 days during our stay when it wasn’t working. When you went to turn on a faucet or take a shower there was an overpowering sulfur odor and the water was extremely salty. Not fun when you’ve been out in the sun and humidity and want to take shower to cool and clean off.

All of the staff was so friendly and helpful, you couldn't ask for better people. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained but our room was in need of some minor repairs. Over all we loved it and would return there again.
