“We had a wonderful stay. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was comfortable amenities were beautiful. Shuttle to the beach is available within five minutes. A true escape. We were looking for somewhere that was peaceful but still lively. This was the perfect mix of calm and relaxing, but vibrant. It’s a friendly vibe, not crazy party vibe. But plenty going on, something for everyone. Frank our concierge made our stay seamless ”

“Rooms are in very poor condition, they try to make you sign a contract before seeing the room that states you have seen it and have “no complaints” and cannot be refunded. They also state if the food or conditions cause illness that could be “LIFE THREATENING” they will not be liable. If you don’t sign you can’t check in, so we had to sign under duress as we couldn’t find a new hotel for the same night. There’s also no beach access and sink water smells like sewage.
