“The room is very spacious and clean. The garden is gorgious. We saw more birds very closely than the tour. The foods in the restaurant are tasty with reasonable prices. The only improvement is to have more electricity outlests in the room.”

“The hot springs were nice. However the room could be improved. The safe was not working.
The backyard door could not be closed. It only locked if you walk out.
Location and setting were amazing though. ”

“Quest'hotel è molto bello, nel cuore del parco dell'Arenal (l'unico). Le camera spaziose e compde, vista sul verde. Passeggiata di 2 ore inclusa, colazione inclusa e piscina anche. Il riatorante ha la vista sul volcan e si mangia bene.

“Beds comfy and King sized vs. Queen sized at hotel next door. Breakfast was great and Raul the breakfast attendant was so helpful and kind. The pool seemed nice and the office staff great. I didn’t find it noisy except for someone’s little dog barking for a bit. I am currently staying at the hotel next door and would choose Holiday Inn over the slightly more expensive hotel next door. ”
