“Great lazy weekend, place was very quiet and did not see a lot of people. The lake is very low, so fishing did not work out. Would return again if lake levels ever come up.”

“Several items need replacing: pool cushions and umbrellas. 4 of the 5 grills not working Lake area needs maintenance Main house A/C required several repairs. We would consider coming back if maintenance addressed”

“Great common area and very convenient bedrooms and bathrooms. Kids (0-5yo) loved it and we enjoys the sunrises and sunsets over the lake with the giant window in the living room. Would definitely want to come back! We even accidentally left a blanket from our 2yo and they made sure we got it back.”

“The couple that owns this property are too sweet. Unfortunately, the storm the night before took out the internet but Todd came over right away and tried to trouble shoot it. Despite not being successful, he kept me up to date about the situation while being respectful of my privacy and stay. He even brought over a beautiful gift to say sorry. FYI, it is a older home, so the plugs are 2 prong only. I was not able to plug in my computer but then again I had no internet. The house is very...

“The Cove House is beautiful! We enjoyed the peace of the lake, the comfort of the home, and relaxing on the screened porch.”

“This property sits on top of a granite hill overlooking Inks Lake. Because of where it is on the lake you have over 180 degrees of lake views with lots of natural light coming to the rooms. The house is very comfortable and clean. It is in a quiet subdivision on Inks Lake that is full of deer and friendly neighbors. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure!”

“A charming older, and slightly funky (in a good way) house off a dirt road in the country. We loved it! So quiet and peaceful. A short drive into the cute town of San Saba. Would definitely stay again, if I'm in the area. The host was very accomodating.”

“We LOVED staying here! It was perfect for our family. The backyard is cozy and the hot tub is luxurious. The park across the street is perfect for kids and toddlers. It is also covered! The beds are comfortable. My son loved the kids room and spent lots of time playing and watching his favorite shows. The host was easy to get ahold of and very polite. We highly recommended and hope to stay again the future!”

“This property was amazing. When they say fully stocked they werent kidding. Coffee maker. Tons of silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses, shot glasses, measuring spoons and cups, knives, towels, etc. Property owner was very friendly. Read previous reviews of uncomfortable beds and couches and this was not the case. Couches were great even had throw blankets on them. Only thing to make the stay better would be the water levels for the lake to be up. But out of anybodys control and was mentioned...
