“The kitchen is nice but that’s it. The beds are rock hard even the futons are hard and hurt your back the washing machine jumps around like unbelievably crazy couldn’t do laundry there the sink clogged up due to orange peels and other stuff left in there from previous people. Bedding is cheap and rough shelves wobble like crazy the GFI plug in the bathroom shorts out constantly. Just annoying and very unhappy with the stay.”

“Very clean room and property. Very friendly, accommodating and patient host. Clean pool and pool area. Well maintained property. I stayed solo and felt safe. I will make this my "spot" to stay when I visit my uncles in Mesa. I want to thank Vince and his partner for providing such a great property and at a fair rate. ”

“Vince was very easy to work with. The property is fairly new construction, so it seems fresh and clean. There were a few maintenance issues that I notified the host about after we checked out, so hopefully they'll get resolved before our next visit. We'll definitely stay there again.”

“On the surface, overall nice looking unit and apartment complex. However, there were issues not apparent in the online advertising: Small stucco/cement cove balcony looks to busy, loud interstate and the two chairs provided are low so you’re looking at the wall👎. Not user friendly but at least a place to hang wet swimsuits. Bedroom windows also face interstate and not well sealed so allow bugs and noise in👎 But the windows do let in nice daylight 👍. The bathroom has a musty/urine...

“Pools weren’t heated. So couldn’t use the hot tub. Fitness centre needed cleaning cardio equipment needed maintenance. Cable unit needed lubrication. Poor lighting in apartment. Fan over stove didn’t work. Needed a deep clean. Moderately stocked in kitchen. Comfy bed. Good parking. Handy access to lots.”
