“Me encantaría que las personas de resección sean amables y mostrarán los derechos que tiene uno como huespedes. Y desde el primer día de hospedarme no funciona el teléfono del cuarto lo reporte 2 veces y no lo an reparado , el aire acondicionado está liquiando y no lo an reparado, la estufa el horno solo funciona la superficie de abajo y la de arriba no funciona. Las parrillas de la estufa sueltan mucha suciedad negra. Sobre la limpieza del cuarto después de 3 semanas lo limpiaron la semana...

“The property and rooms are unique as this isn’t a chain hotel. Staff members spoke to me every time they saw me and made sure I didn’t need anything. From the valet to front desk to housekeeping.”

“I appreciated the Pre-check in text option, which made check in faster once we arrived. Close by San Pedro Street great for dinner options, but breakfast options were very limited. The nice guy at Hotel check in gave us a recommendation walkable 15 minutes which turned out to be a fantastic place.”
