“Everything was easy from check in to check out. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, the pool and gym were clean and there’s a great restaurant (a bit expensive but delicious) across the street. ”

Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. “Room did not appear to be cleaned upon check in and shower was disgusting. Noise from exterior door to parking lot opening and shutting kept waking us up. Staff were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful.”
