“We loved our stay.. Room size was great & we appreciated having a shower without the tub. Parking was very convenient. Our only issue was lack of housekeeping.. Once from May 10-15.. It wasn’t absolutely necessary as there were plenty of towels, but it would have been nice to get creamers for the coffee without grabbing them from the lobby. Would definitely stay again.”

“Stayed for the weekend while in town for a soccer tournament. Price was extremely high for a wknd in May, granted I realize many places hike the prices up when certain events are happening nearby. Great location, kids loved being right on the beach. Nice paved patio area outback that we utilized when hanging out as a group w/ other ppl from the team. Room was quite warm upon arrival… took a bit to get it cooler. My one main complaint in regard to the heat/AC unit was how it had been blowing...

“Breakfast was continental style, and the room was cute and cozy. The beach front was relaxing and beautiful, and the staff was very friendly, and always willing to answer questions or help us out. ”

“Nice location on the beach. Nehemiah at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were many and staff was very good at keeping it stocked. Good location for getting around the peninsula. Lots of dining options nearby, at all price points. We had a 3rd floor Petite King room facing the beach. Bed was comfortable but be aware that the room in this category is very small.”

“Only spent one night there as we were in town for a medical appointment. Check in by owner was very cordial and courteous, grounds and room were very organized and clean. Don't expect a lot of amenities, but all rooms have sunrise views, direct Lake Michigan access with beach chairs and a boat rental right next door. Almost forgot about the rooms shower, you'll love it!”

“Staff was friendly upon check in. They let me check in 20 minutes early, that was appreciated. It's pretty basic as hotels go, priced fairly. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. But my issue was the lack of hot water. Upon arrival I could only get lukewarm water out of the faucet; my shower this morning ran out of hot water about two minutes in. Not sure if it's a problem for the entire hotel or just the floor I was staying on, but I can't highly recommend a place if I can't have hot...

“The room was extremely unsanitary. The bedding had a stain that looked like blood or some other dirty residue, which made me very uncomfortable and unable to sleep throughout the night. The bathroom was also in terrible condition. The bathtub was old, worn out, and covered with yellow stains. In addition, the front desk staff was very rude and impatient when answering my questions. I specifically asked whether Tesla charging was free, and the staff casually told me “yes,” but when I tried to...

“There was no breakfast. None. My room was dirty. My room had a connecting door to another room that did not lock. They checked people into that room after 10pm. I was bitten by bedbugs all over my legs. ”
