“The room was magnificent and the staff really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. The view was magnificent - I can only imagine how it looks in the summer.”

“We had a pleasant stay at Sugar Beach Resort Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, and we enjoyed the pool area and the small arcade, which kept the kids entertained. While the breakfast box was adequate, we felt it could have been more substantial. We did notice that the rooms and the hotel itself are a bit dated, but the location right on the beach is truly outstanding and makes up for it.”

“The property is very nice; so is the staff. The location was good. The room was comfortable. The hot breakfast was yummy. There were minor issues regarding cleanliness and room care. Also, the pool was chilly. The biggest negative was that the hot tub was only lukewarm and with very minimal jet propulsion, so that was very disappointing. (It is the off season so maybe that played a part, not sure). The ducks outside the door were very noisy in the morning (but cute). They appeared to be looking...

“Breakfast was great. Pool was cold and hot tub jets had no power at all. Toilet leaked on the floor, faucet was loose and moved around. No ice in the ice machine. No TV channel menu so was very hard to navigate. Probably won't recommend to anyone. ”
