Hotel vicino a South Branch Nature Preserve - Traverse City

“This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.”

“Hotel was clean and well maintained. We arrived around 8:00pm and decided to eat at the restaurant on property. We were surprised to be told that the kitchen closes at 9:00. It’s a Casino Hotel. Food was average and staff friendly but not well trained. Our server did not know how to open the bottle of wine we ordered but was very grateful we taught her. Also disappointed that they only clean the room every 3 days. When we requested fresh towels they left a bag of towels outside our room...

“I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 p.m and nd was told my room was not ready and that it was supposed to be ready at 4:00 p.m. They then made me wait another half hour before I was finally allowed to enter the room at 8:00 p.m. They made sure to tell me that the checkout time was still 11:00 a.m. the next day. For $200 a night I would expect a lot more. I was very disappointed. The bed was comfortable and I made the best of it, but I wouldn't stay there again.”

“Kitchenette was great, beds were comfortable Was clean , the only draw back was the toilet was so low it was hard for my husband to get off it. Definitely stay there again”

“The hotel room was nice. The only thing I didn’t like at the hotel was the free breakfast. Breakfast was from 8:00 to 10 am. Are breakfast at 8:00 . Limited choices to eat for breakfast. No bacon or sausage. The scrambled eggs and potatoes were warm. Plus they looked like they had been the warmer for a long time time because they were stuck to pan and starting to burn. Ate in the restaurant/lounge in hotel for dinner. Took after 25 minutes to get two blackened grilled chicken sandwiches,...

“Great location! A little dated and do not recommend room 109 as it was so noisy all day and night. Didn't really encounter staff except at check in but he was nice. Breakfast is very basic. If you come here for a great location and simple bed for rest, you will enjoy.”
